so somebody drew a huge dick on the sidewalk in chalk

normally penis graffiti annoys me, but in this case they actually put a lot of attention to detail into it, like they really captured the shaped and the veins and stuff

so I just sort of had this odd sense of awe mixed with mild discomfort

And the saga concludes. Sorry about the colors in this batch. The sky was covered in clouds but very bright, so everything wound up looking a bit washed out. This is why letting the camera adjust the balances is not a great idea.

Some pictures taken in and around the French Quarter today. Started off pretty rainy, but luckily things cleared up after a while.
