🚨3 DRUGSTORE MINERAL SPF OPTIONS FOR DRY/ACNE PRONE SKIN!🚨SAVE AND SWIPE RIGHT for texture videos! I’ve broken it down by quantity/cost/SPF count/active ingredients/tint/consistency/texture videos. But let’s go through each one and post some tips. ☀️ Mineral SPF’s are more compatible with acne prone skin. ☀️ The SPF from @larocheposayusa is great for reapplication. It’s the thinnest in consistency. ☀️ The SPF from @versed has a minimal tint to it. It is a BHA + oil soluble so it’ll go deep down into the pores to exfoliate. ⚡️ If you have sensitive skin sticking to Lactic or Mandelic Acid is preferred since they are both pretty gentle. They are both an AHA that help exfoliate the surface of your skin. ⚡️ If you have dry skin Glycolic Acid is for you. It is an AHA that not only has exfoliating properties but also binds to water. So it helps keep your skin hydrated. ⚡️ If you have Sensitive/Acne Prone/Rosacea Prone Skin Azelaic Acid should be your go to ingredient. Let’s go through some tips. ✨Salicylic Acid should be your BFF if you are acne prone. It dissolves all the dead skin cells in your pores = less acne. The SA Cleanser from @cerave is great. ✨Polyglutamic acid really doesn’t get talked about often. It’s like Hyaluronic Acid but on crack. Draws in moisture since it’s a humectant. Also, I apply it on damp skin. So I’ll leave my skin a bit damp after cleansing. This will not only hydrate but indirectly help with aging. Hello plump skin. I like the one from @theinkeylist. It goes on so well and the application is VERY easy. ☀️ @bioreus CHEMICAL sunscreen has a pretty high alcohol content. I use it for reapplication more than anything. This is because I have dry skin and alcohol will only dry me out more. It’s super thin and watery like in consistency. ☀️ @versed MINERAL sunscreen has a little bit of a tint to it. This sunscreen actually just got reformulated so that it has less particles *personally never found it bothersome.* I use this sunscreen daily on work days.
