The area Yona had situated herself in was somewhat secluded from their base camp. It seemed to be a nice place to practice swordmanship.. at least until somehow she'd managed to twist and rat burrs within her unruly locks. Things like this happened even now while sporting short hair. Yona let out a sigh, her back against a tree. After some time of attempting to yank them out she'd given up. Her hands had grown tired. The Hakuryuu had been watching the princess for a while. He could notice the somehow unsual look in her eyes, and was really bothered by what was the reason for that kind of look. 

When she all of sudden told the others she was going to check out something and she told she wanted to go alone, Kija couldn’t help but follow her.

Yona was beginning to harbor doubt regarding her ability to hide inner conflicts. If she couldn't manage time alone surely her expressions proved easy to comprehend. And with Kija tailing behind her she would make no effort to stop — It'd be fruitless at this point. Out of all the dragons Hakuryuu was the most devoted. "It's nothing, Kija." She had been trying to reassure him, but even the redhead could tell her tone wouldn't allow that sort of comfort. "But..." She turned to face the white haired man. "Are we really helping those people?"

He blinked, glancing down at his hands. There was still a few left, and Ao was looking up at him expectantly. Pausing, the dragon picked up one and placed it in his mouth, chewing quickly. It left a sweet taste in his mouth, along with a slight sourness to it. Very different from Yoon’s cooking.

As his attention turned back to the girl, he offered a nod in response. ❝…Their sweet.❞ He mumbles out, fingers dropping another into his mouth, before he allowed Ao to finish it off.

❝Does Yona like sweet things?❞

It proved pleasant to experience all of these new things alongside Shin-Ah. Yona almost felt like she was going through them again herself. Perhaps it was his innocent expressions that allowed this feeling. "I like them. " She mused.  "Though with travelling like this sweets are more of a treat now." Yona held Shin-Ah's hands palms up, offering some of the berries back to him. "This is your first time having them right?" She then stood upright only to prance off in the general area in the woods he had emerged from previously. Yona hoped he'd follow and help her find the location of the berries. "Let's go~ I'll bet everyone would enjoy them as well!"
