As i rendered the bite I asked myself if this Drawing was supposed to be Freaky, Romantic or Gore-y. I do not have an answer. I hope you guys enjoy hehe.

The wolf mask was hell to draw. No clue why i decided to try making them realistic. But yeah. My lovely wolf mask and bunny mask. Only they sort of represent the antithesis of both- hm. Anyway fun fact the file name for this drawing is Wolfsaa and Daanymask. My sillies ☺️☺️☺️

Hello- Hi! Back again with more Family members! Thanks again to @n0t-aj4x as they're the one I've been discussing the details of these characters with- and Let me grace you with Two sisters from two of our boys! First off

Our Lovely Kida Tanaka and His older sister we decided he deserved, Sachiko Tanaka. And then!

Marcoh and His lovely little sister Graziella!

First of all the Tanakas. I have an Alt little sketch of them:

We know Tanaka's Dad is pretty strict so- I'd like to think he's a bit traditional and stresses the two out- when he isn't around they're much more at ease. Also since They come from an era where clothing is just changing, meaning, western fashion is taking over, I'd like to think they have varying opinions on it: Tanaka doesn't like how stuffy and tight western suits are, he prefers his traditional clothing, while Sachiko really likes western dresses and Finds Kimonos too heavy and frustrating to wear. Another thing you may have noticed is that They both have a Flower theme- It started when I made Tanaka's sprite and gave him a flower pin on his hat as a reference to his sister- then it derailed into being some sort of family crest- I wanted to give them a more meaningful pattern but I discovered that a lot od the patterns that were going around in the 1940s was disguised War propaganda and... 😟 I'm not drawing that-

God I love them they look so sweet. Anyway- since they are Street kids from what is implied to be Sicily, I tried to dress them in outfits that would evoke that #countryfeel yk? Especially Marcoh- But since Yk- Graziella gets involved with the Mafia, and the Mafia is rich as Hell, I also wanted to give them a certain level of Class and Prestige. Richness if you will- and you can see that best on Graziella. Anyway! That's all for now, I love these Mofos and I hope you all enjoyed my little infodumps! Notes keep me alive, Love y'all ☺️

Some of the Contestants canonically have Siblings and we just named them- for others, we just came up with em. You'll see hehe

Umayma, Their mother, Age 51-ish hehe

I wrote that she's "Woke" but what i mean is that i think she's really accepting of "Taboo" things? Like if you've seen my naked spreadsheet, you'll know my O'saa is intersex. She does not care/pos.

The man himself: O'saa age 32.

He's the oldest sibling, and After their father died (when O'saa's 13 as our headcanon goes) He takes on the Fatherly role for a while before leaving to become a yellowmage. He Adores his Family and is a big Mama's boy (this is bc i've always found it funny that when faced with the options "Father's soul stone" and "chac chac given by his mom and siblings" he canonically picks the chac chac)

Alitash! Oldest sister: 31

She's spunky and strong-willed as hell, both things she learnt from O'saa and Umayma. She also has a Bit of a parental role in her siblings lives, especially after O'saa leaves.

Teshi, 25

She's happy and full of laughter. And probably a lesbian. But their mom's ok with that lol.

Nyambura: 24

Why is she a self insert? She's not she just has one of my names lol- it WAS done deliberately. Anyway She's a bit timid but very smart- she loves debating and therefore adores having conversations with O'saa (about the importance of books as an example).

Estellia: 20

She's the baby of the group and is therefore given the princess treatment. We love her lol.

Side note, I have never been happier to be African because If i hadn't had a tribe or two to take inspiration from i don't know what I would have done. Every time i looked for african Fashion or hairstyles in the 1940s, i just saw african Americans and it was starting to get to my nerves. 💀. But yeah. I'm aware that i did mix and match certain customs and traditions from different tribes and places in Africa but 1, Abyssonia is a continent- we are never told where O'saa's from specifically, 2 at the price of making interesting Designs, I don't care too much. Oh and All their names are of African origin and have a meaning- I'm just too lazy to go look it up again lol.

I struggled Big time with Olivia's wheelchair and I'm not even sure It's all connected in a logical way but- whatever we ball- as for Henryk, I tried to implement a little flower pattern and a Sash bc i saw they were traditional in polish clothing- and The apron was gifted to him by his oldest sister I imagine (/ref to that art I reposted go check it out🤭)

Anyway yeah I have A family ready to post and Another already being planned out! Not all will be the full family stretch for some it'll just be their siblings- But yk- we ball, we have fun- hehe 🤭

Complete side note, I'd been planning to make the Funger 1 sprites as well so we'll see if i do and how that goes!
