Apparently #cafepatron is good for your health. Tyler was having an afternoon nap and I call him from the kitchen... (BTW he is 21). "Would you like to have a tequila shot for our wedding anniversary?" I ask "What?" He asks sleepily and I repeat myself 3 times until he understands me. "I'll be straight down" he agrees I've got tomorrow morning off so we can celebrate in style tonight. I did not want to come to the gym today. I didn't go yesterday. I felt like I'd been hit by a truck and could hardly get out of bed... so I rested. But I made myself come today because I know if I missed yesterday, and I miss today, I'll probably miss the rest of the week. #conistancyiskey On my way out the door I took a selfie. This is my favourite thing to do. Hanging out on my balcony with my husband @orriginal75 (who says I look better in his @flexfit than he does- haha) with a cup of tea or a glass of wine. Had a massive week at work. 17 one on ones, two workshops and a trip to Sydney. Spent time with my friend and her daughter in beautiful #manly Ended well. Started today with a coaching session, hammered out my admin and got to finish the working week over wine with a lovely client who I also consider to be a friend. I feel very privileged to do what I do and am excited to see what this month will bring. Jan was amazing. Perfect weather today :-) Started the day with yoga + tea with a childhood friend :-) @halpinr1 Now preparing for the week. I'm doing a 14 day experience my based on research I've just read which indicates a correlation between eating vegetables and positive affect, curiosity, creativity and happiness. I've already had steamed vegetables and a serving of raw carrots. Now Michael @orriginal75 is making a yummy roast veggie creation. Want to join in? #14dayveg challenge (4+ servings per day). Such a treat last night to see @djflash4eva Grandmaster Flash and @theavalanches at Melbourne Town Hall. My personal highlight was Flash playing every single song I've ever loved (well, it seemed like it) including Staying Alive by the Bee Gees- so fun. My favourite moment of 2016 was in an Onsen in Japan. I learned so much about the Japanese culture and learned about myself at the same time. I am grateful for the experience @orriginal75 #grateful #newyear #day1 #2017 #japan

I was in the middle of my morning sun salutations when @orriginal75 interrupted me with news that the flights to Europe we've been wanting are on sale with the carrier we wanted (@virginaustralia ) so we grabbed our passports and walla we're booked to fly to Paris for my birthday. We're hiking again... this time to do the Camino from Porta, Portugal to Santiago. What a way to start the year #passport #booked #newyear #travel #happiness #grateful (at Richmond, Melbourne)
