Confession time, I thought you meant these would happen back to back, not that they were alternatives so I was about to recommend no less than 3 telenovelas.

Found this absolute banger in my drafts from like 2 years ago:

Person A falls in love with person B, then person B pretends to fall in love with them for their own benefit (money, protection, power, etc) but then Person A gets amnesia and forgets about them. Person B then has to help them recover their memories and accidentally actually falls in love with A this time.

Alternatively:

Person B gets amnesia and Person A, absolutely distraught, helps them recover their memories. Everything is fine and the two are in love, right up until B remembers they were faking it and now has to face these new, very real emotions.
