Something interesting/alarming I’ve realized today...

I own another non-dance related blog centered around one of my all-time favorite artists. I gain a pretty respectable amount of followers daily, and for every maybe 40 blogs that follow me, only two have nsfw content on them. 

On my main blog (this one right here), 9 times out of ten, any new follower I gain is likely to be a nsfw blog. 

These nasty blogs that follow our dance blogs are not just stumbling onto our pages out of sheer coincidence. There is clearly a target on here, specifically for young children. And it’s sick.

What do you think abby’s best moment was? I know it’s probably a difficult decision but I’m curious. For me it’s probably when she got emotional over Mackenzie doing her dance really well in s2.

You can be depressed and not feel sad or blue. Depression can also be a haze of sleepiness, distractedness/obsessiveness cycles, and a twinge of irritability that can be hard to recognize because you might already be a “fiery” person. It can feel like a lazy Sunday that keeps imposing itself for weeks or months.

hey guys. just wanted to bring this post to your attention without reblogging it. someone gif’d baby brynn (at probably age 9-11) putting her mouth over a water bottle. it has over 5 THOUSAND notes! all from creeps. please block @ uniquecollectorcreator and i would advise going through some of the comments and reblogs as well. very gross. i can send anyone the post if theyd like to add to the block list!

This is so cool! I wish my old studio would do something like this

our new dance alumni troupe (made up of former competitive dancers ages 19 - 40 ) performed for the first time and it was literally so beautiful, I’ve never cried at a live performance before but I did tonight!!! I’m hopefully going to get a hold of a good video in about a week that I’ll be able to share

Shoutout to everyone who lost their youth to physical disability/chronic illness. Who never got to be a normal child or teenager, who feel like they’ve lost something precious. It’s a tough thing to come to terms with, unfortunately it’s something we have to accept and move on from in adulthood.
