Ok to the person that asked: at least for me, yes, the Japanese version just defaulted to the English audio. Switching the language in properties doesn't actually change it, so I just assumed it wasn't dubbed

I didn’t even know Bioshock 2 had any other dubs besides the standard western ones 😭😭😭 I’ve been playing it w/ Japanese UI for a while but w/ English audio and I never bothered to look into it. I can’t even imagine what Sinclair would sound like in Japanese

Through not-so-scientific testing I’ve discovered that the bones form into 4 large towers when you have a lot of them and they just shift the oldest stack off-screen so that the most you can see at a time is ~120.
