Chicken Adobo
Have you ever tasted filipino food ? If not yet i recommend you to eat Chicken Adobo. As we all know that Chicken Adobo is the all time favorite filipino dish here in the Philiipines it is very easy way to cook and the ingredients of it.It is not much expensive it is affordable for all.
Based on our research Chicken Adobo is an authentic Filipino dish and is one of the mostly recognized Filipino foods. Chicken pieces are marinated in soy sauce and spices, pan-fried, and stewed until tender.Chicken Adobo takes only around 30 minutes cooking time.
In addition the dish is prepared using the Inadobo style of cooking. It means cooking meat or seafood with vinegar and mostly soy sauce. It is a popular method during the olden days when refrigerators and freezers were not yet available because vinegar helps extend the shelf life of food. Another popular variation is pork adobo using pork belly, Filipino chicken adobo can be served with or without sauce. But Filipino mostly prefered with sauce because it is delicous with the sauce on top of the rice.
For me Chicken Adobo is one of the delicous filipino dish that originated here in the Philippines.I recommend to all to try this kind of dish because the best way to eat chicken adobo is to have it with warm and plain rice pouring some of the adobo sauce over the rice before eating because it makes it more flavorful.
