quick and shallow breaths escaped from your mouth one after another. your legs ached from running for so long. tears formed from the corner of your eyes once more. tired, you were so tired. the once joy that filled your people turned into a cruel pit of torture as they ruthlessly try to hunt you down to make you pay for your so called sins.

the imposter watched from afar, a visible expression of guilt written on their face. knowing that they are the reason why you were being hunted in the first place broke their heart into pieces. they looked at their hands. this cannot continue any longer. with their limited abilities, they teleported infront of you, startled of seeing the imposter, you fell down and stared at them with a tired gaze. have they come here to laugh at your pathetic state?

"i would like to formally apologize on behalf of those fools, my grace..." with widened hues, you replied; "h—huh..?" they lowered their head to look at you and for the first time since you have been transported here, someone was looking at you with genuine happiness. unable to find the right words you were feeling this moment, you let your tears flow.

they immediately noticed and crouched down in front of you, slowly wrapping their arms around your frame and embracing you in a warm hug. slowly, you hugged them back, unable to hold it any longer, you burst into tears. the imposter made no movement other than to comfort you by rubbing your back. "it is alright, my grace. i am here now, no one will hurt you any more," they opened their hues and glared at the baffled geo archon who arrived not too long ago behind them. "i won't let them."

rex lapis was completely and utterly shocked at the sight in front of him. all this time, they were hunting the true creator? a massive wave of guilt washed over him as he was forced to listen to your sobs. they were worshipping the same criminal who was now comforting the true divine creator of teyvat. without even a minute passing by, the imposter teleported, taking you with them. the oldest archon was at a loss of words as he stared down at the grass below him. "what have we done..?" the four archons and their people, worshipping a false god whilst also trying to hunt and kill the true one.

"do not worry, my grace..." the imposter whispered in your ear. "i'll make sure their crimes will not go unpunished..." you stared up at them with hope, you now realized you were in a completely different location from where you were a few minutes ago. "rest now." at their words, drowsiness took control and you were out like light. the imposter hummed in delight as they carried your body to your own bedroom they had kept secret in their castle.

with them, you won't have to worry about any of the archons. they've already broken your trust, and manipulating you into using your powers will be an easy task. now, you and them will live a happy and immortal life together.
