u know what i need, more fics mentioning crazycraft and one life and new life bcuz we always talking about evo but no one mentions how scott joel and lizzie have been playing modded death games for years

re: life series musical thing one of my most depraved fantasies that are so so so far detached from reality is that i think a lizzie/bdubs duet about everything leading up to their deaths in last life would be the most insane thing on earth i could die happy can you imagine the slow start with verses about their relationships with joel/etho respectively with lyrics that mirror eachother and the tension builds and builds and builds and their voices would go amazingly together under the right direction like I know bdubs hasn't sung in awhile but from what ive heard he has enough range to support lizzie's voice and it wouldn't just sound like one of them was permanently stuck singing the wrong notes CAN YOU IMAGINE THE HARMONIES

Take this as a slight apology for the post-SL angst. Featuring Katherine, Lizzie, and Shelby. Can be a ship if you squint.

Katherine was visiting the End for the first time in a while. She didn’t visit often, as her body had become near dependent on the sunlight of the Overworld. 

However, she hadn’t heard much from Lizzie recently, and had started to become worried. No death message had entered the chat, but Katherine couldn’t control her paranoia. Especially after passing multiple rotting pumpkins.

After walking through a portal, and across a few bridges, she finally found Lizzie. Said Floran was stumbling along, and looked like she was going to faint at any moment. She wasn’t wearing a fresh pumpkin either.

“Lizzie?”

Lizzie stopped, but otherwise didn’t respond. 

Katherine tried again, “Lizzie?”

This time, Lizzie turned around. She had dark eye bags, and it was almost as if she was staring right through Katherine. 

“Kath…rine? What’re you…doing here?” Her words were slightly slurred. 

Katherine stepped closer, leaving just a few inches between her and Lizzie. Just in case she actuallyfainted. “I was looking for you. No one’s seen you in a while, was starting to get worried.”

Katherine decided not to mention that it was her who worried the most, or the fact that she had rubbed her fear and paranoia off on Shelby, who was currently sitting and waiting at Spawn. 

“‘M fine. Don’t…need to worry. Not about…me.”

“I think I’m gonna worry anyway, Lizzie. You need sleep.”

Lizzie didn’t respond immediately, but she did lean forward. Nearly laying against Katherine. “Can’t sleep…here. Too dangerous.”

“How about we go to the Overworld then? You can sleep at my house.”

Lizzie’s response this time, was to completely lean against Katherine. Said Floran picked her up, and headed to the portal out of here. 

Whilst Katherine spawned in her own bed, she didn’t have Lizzie with her. This was resolved a few minutes later, when Shelby showed up, carrying the End Floran with the help of shadows.

“Thanks Shelby.” 

“Not a problem! Though, would I be able to stay for a bit. The sun’s about to come again.”

“Be my guest.”

Shelby ended up cuddling Lizzie. Which did lead Katherine to discover that the Shadow-walker could purr. After a little while, Kathrine laid down with the two.
