All healed, yes! And I LOVE the way it looks! As promised by my artist, the blue looks gorgeous now that it's healed! I get a ton of compliments on it whenever I have my sleeves up. 🥰

Went outside and took this to show it in a good light, no filters!

I do want to get a TINY touch up to one of the black lines and a spot on the flowers that's hard to see here, my body managed to push a bit of ink out despite my best efforts, but that's just a quick bit of work. Even without the touch ups though I'm so, so gd in love with it.

First of all, Jon Bernthal has liked tons of pro-Israel propaganda posts on twitter

He signed a letter to Biden in support of Israel like many other celebrities

He never signed the letter calling for a ceasefire. I think that says enough that he still holds zionist views.

He platformed an ex idf soldier on his podcast. Giving people who have killed Palestinians and committed Genocide a safe place.

Jon Bernthal’s sister in law (his brothers wife) is Sheryl Sandberg, a billionaire who runs multiple technology companies.

She has spread a lot of misinformation about Hamas. Shes very pro-israel

After all of this, hes stayed silent on the massacres that has occured in Gaza. Hes stayed silent as children have been bombed and are currently being starved. Over 40,000 innocent lives, mostly women and children have been taken, but he doesnt hesitate to stay silent.

If you care about this then you will stop supporting Jon even if he plays ur favourite character. I LOVED his ver of Frank Castle. But i cant stand by him with his complicit in genocide while i see innocent lives being taken.

In the past month he hasnt liked any pro-israel content, most likely because he saw the amount of support Palestinians are getting and that celebs r being outed. Or his team has told him to stop. I dont believe hes changed his views.

In 2022 he followed the official Israel account on twitter but has since unfollowed it.

If ur gonna continue supporting Jon then block me. U disgust me if you do and you cant go around cancelling celebs like Noah Schnapp because then ur just a hypocrite. If ur against zionism then ull stop being fans of every zionist celeb.

This isnt the only disgusting thing hes done, he platformed an abuser on his podcast. Giving people like them a safe place. Most of the ppl he has on his podcast r men, particularly ex cops and military. Hardly any women. Dude reeks of blue lives matter.

He had Sean Penn on his podcast. A known abuser who got a felony got domestic assault against Madonna when they were married. Jon calls him his hero in a clip on youtube. In that same clip Sean praises Jon for having Shia Labouf on his podcast, another violent woman abuser.

crazy to see that majority of the daredevil fandom just ignore jon bernthal platforming an actual IDF soldier to say how brave they are for bombing gaza, platforming multiple domestic abusers, and cops involved in police shootings in LA. his literal circle of people in hollywood he associates with are abusers/a rapist. and he even went on joe rogan's podcast. but the way daredevil fandom ignores that...

yeah… i find it especially hypocritical when we know what the daredevil show is about, i see loads of people being so passionate, making long ass rants about morals and matt this and frank that

but in reality they stay quiet about jon and what he has done

matt who is 100% sure that karen can’t POSSIBLY still wants anything to do with him romantically speaking, completely persuading himself that he’s reading into stuff that aren’t there and trying to deal with his love for her in a way that is subtle (spoiler: it’s not) because he doesn’t want to make her uncomfortable. having her friendship alone is a blessing for him.

and karen who is 99% sure that matt still wants her back, so she drops big hints, but he doesn’t really say anything. she knows matt perfectly and knows that he’s trying to make sure she’s comfortable so she just enjoys teasing him and flirting like hell. he’s a stuttering mess, blushing and all and she LOVES it, she loves him really…

Daredevil Ships

KASTLE I never knew Kastle was a ship until tumblr tbh, and ever since, I claimed to ship it because I see how Karen & Castle can connect. I’m excited for Punisher’s show, and part of that excitement stems from the fact that Karen will be in it too. But the Punisher’s sole drive for being who he is is his family. The death of his family fuels his story. I dont see him being entangled in anything romantic. But I do see him forming a friendship with Karen, and that friendship being very important to him.

MATTELEKTRA Okay buds let me tell ya something. I KNOW that these two are inherently a toxic pair. But I can’t shake these two. They are so tragic and it kills me. They are the epitome of “we could have had it all” ugh. Elektra (I’m sorry whenever I hear of her I just think of electric nachos??? My sister and I call her that all the time now, haha) understands Matt’s daredevil side and accepts it, even encourages it. But the problem is… she couldn’t care less about Matt’s other life. The lawyer life. People boast that she knoes Matt mlst but I beg to differ. She knoes his dark side.

CLAIREDEVIL I loved this while it was a thing. I don’t think they’ll ever come back seeing as shes now with Luke and we don’t need the entire defenders cast to be in love triangles. But they were sweet and I do remember shipping them A LOT when I first watched DD. That said, Claire couldn’t accept Matt’s darker side, she couldnt cope with knowing that he was out there as Daredevil, she witnessrd his self destructive tendencies and couldnt stomach being a part of it on a romantic level anymore. Luke is a different story because he seems more level headed.

KAREDEVIL This is it, folks. This is the OTP. Their buildup since season 1 is intrinsic to the overall DD storyline. While Elektra could only accept daredevil & while Claire could only accept Matt, I see Karen accepting both. Charlie Cox doesn’t help at all with my Feelz with all his comments about how he thinks Matt & Karen are soulmates (gahh!be still my heart!). “Foggy and Karen are bad for Matt they dont accept DD!” Um, no. They don’t know the full story yet because Matt hasnt divulged in telling them everything. All they have ever known is MATT, so of course they would br worried as hell. Wouldn’t you be for your loved one? It’s so easy to see Daredevil as a viewer, we know he’s a hero, we know it’s normal for him to be out there helping as a masked vigilante. But thats because we are watching a screen and we love the superhero genre. Karen & Matt are characters, real people in Matt’s life. With Karen being in Punisher, I can see her learning to accept Matt’s double life, as she learns from Castle. I can’t wait for DD s3 because I feel like their storylinr will continue. I feel like the defenders finale was closure for Matt, judging from the sctors and writers comments.

All in all I was most torn up between Elektra/Matt & Karen/Matt but I lean more towards Karedevil. They are good for each other in the long run. Also their chemistry is incredible.

If you’re as torn up between MattElektra & MattKaren as I am, I suggest watching the fanvid called “Matt and Karen Another Love” by annesoshi on Youtube. I’m utter trash for both ships, and this video hit the nail for me.
