And then, it’s by far the best if it starts with your command. For example:  He’s been using it on himself with your permission for a break in period.  Once he’s worn it for 48 straight hours, except for removing, then it your turn.  You tell him it’s time to lock it and hand over the keys. As in, "after supper Friday night, I’m giving you the gift of locking and owning your penis, you’ll lock it right after supper and then hand me keys and go do the dishes wearing only the cage so I can enjoy seeing my new property."
