IDK who needs to hear this this holiday season but we always fill out customer satisfaction surveys with five stars.

We ALWAYS fill out customer satisfaction surveys with FIVE STARS.

Surveys ALWAYS refer to the employee(s) you interacted with and NEVER the company! There is likely a better place to air your grievances against capitalism than a customer satisfaction survey!

Anything less than 5 stars equals ZERO to the company!

These customer satisfaction ratings can affect an employee's pay, hours, and even whether or not they get to keep their job!

If you can't bring yourself to give them 5/5 on the survey, DON'T FILL IT OUT! Just walk away! You can do that! Give them 5 stars or put the pen down!

You can write a diatribe in the comments section and explicitly state that "[employee name] was wonderful but I hate your prices!" and it will fall on deaf ears! Again: There are better places to air your grievances about a company than on a customer satisfaction survey!!! THE NUMBERS KEEP NUMBERING AND ANYTHING LESS THAN A PERFECT SCORE HURTS THE EMPLOYEE. PERIOD.

Cat behavior insights?

Hey hey so I have one sick cat, possible bladder infection, he has been to the vet and is on antibiotics and pain meds. He has been trying to pee all over the house and there has been a bit of blood in his urine. Vet says he's okay as long as *something* is coming out and the ultrasound and x-ray didn't show anything particularly concerning.

To try to curb the peeing blood all over the house, we've set up another litter box in one of the spots he tries to use frequently since the issue started.

Our other cat has generally been avoiding him, but when they are near each other, we're hearing really intense growling, snarling, hissing coming from our not-sick cat. They don't make physical contact while we're in the room but we've heard some really LOUD apparent fighting when we're in bed or otherwise occupied. Our well cat has also been trying to use the special litter box which we've sort of discouraged because it's temporary but I wonder if he's upset because it's a territory concern?

Our theories are: A) Territory. Sick Cat is peeing all over the place and that's upsetting Well Cat. They have lived together for over 10 years but they're not *besties* or anything. They merely tolerate each other most days. Or B) Well Cat senses that Sick Cat is sick and is warning him to stay away. Or C) We have no idea what we're talking about. Thoughts?
