Call for Public Comment! The MBTA Capital Improvement Plan is being finalized a month from now and the window for public comment closes tomorrow.

The plan itself is above, and a draft comment letter drafted by Len Diggins of the MBTA Rider’s Oversight Committee is below.

That one's easy! Scollay Under...er, uh, what do the kids call it these days? Government Center? My wife still comes around there, and she's as stunnin' as ever 💚

...Plus there's an underground Dunkin'!

Otherwise, it's a bit of a hassle tryin' to connect off the usual line, but boy howdy, the view from Charles/MGH?? Really makes a guy feel free. I'm also partial to the pigeons over at North Station. I just think they're neat-o, and Downtown Crossin's always got someone singing there, and I think that's kinda nice!

As for gifts...eh. I don't got much need for worldly possessions or what have ya. Just toss a nickel to someone who needs it!

For another, it seems like ol' Phil's gone on to the "exorcism" part of his revitalization plan. Bound to come sooner or later! Why do ya think the Green Line's been down so often? Heheh.
