hello, all! just wanted to shout out to anyone still lurking, or to those who caught our ads a little too late!

we’ve been at it for two weeks now and are trucking along just splendidly!

for the time being, applications are closed except to requested characters:

as of today (14 june 2018), our only specifically wanted character is bruce banner. if you’re interested in playing bruce, please read through all of our documentation-- and don’t hesitate to send us any questions!

The Accords were the perfect way for The Hulk to be put in check. Ross couldn’t do any more than he could without international approval, and that was almost as much comfort as knowing the moral weight of decision would be lifted from his shoulders. He saw the logic in Tony’s intent, sympathized with the guilt and the desire to do better. What he didn’t do was plan to steal his friend’s girl along the way.

COMING SOON TO A FORUM NEAR YOU!

CHARLATANS! is a private MCU-centric roleplay designed with its members and actual writing in mind. Set in New York after the events of Captain America: Civil War with a slight-AU twist, we consider ourselves to be “soft Marvel,” focusing more on the human element than on the superhuman element-- Very little canon knowledge is needed, just come with your heaviest drama! This open application window closes on Wednesday, May 30th!

Canon characters and OCs are both welcome, with a particular desire for Pepper Potts and Bruce Banner before we start. We are plot-driven and strive to create as many connections between characters as possible, so come join us in the comfort of priority. Our first chapter is about to begin!

how many people do you have so far?

As of now, it is still just Cricket and Ladybird officially on-site– we will be going through our applicants to make a proper selection sometime this week. The number of submissions is irrelevant, as we will only be selecting those we think will jive with our style the best; whether that’s two people or a dozen!
