I've commented on this several times before, but I think its a good idea to make it clearer than ever.
There are several reasons why I focus so much on the medical aspects of transition, even though being trans is so much more than that and doesn't require medical transition.
With everything going on today, I think some of these reasons require reiteration:
It is not just a matter of semantics to define transgender people as "biologically" their AGAB.
It is a biological fiction and medically dangerous to say that transgender women are men.
It is a biological fiction and medically dangerous to say that transgender men are women.
Any medical steps you take towards your own transition change your biology and change what medical considerations you require.
