Alternate Snatcher designs?

So I was playing around with alternate snatcher designs. No reason in particular. I just was. And I think i’ll be going with this, because uh.... why not?

On the Chaos Demons:

Powerful entity that exist outside of time, and strive to cause as much havoc as possible; while establishing their reaches of control over as many timelines, and people as possible

They reside within what is known as “The End of Time (And Space).” These dreadful demons are what remains of those who fall outside of a timeline. The lost souls are twisted and corrupted by Pandemonium into their pawns. Each one serves as an extension of him.

In order to exist within a timeline, a chaos demon needs a ‘host’ a sapient individual with a soul and body. They use these hosts to conduct rituals, allowing other demons to enter, and increase their reality warping powers. Their hosts are also their key to maneuvering timelines.

For they are not able to ‘hop’ timeline directly. Without a host, if they were to directly go from one timeline to another, without returning to The End first, will cause a massive loss in power. This will cause their own soul to fray if it continues for extended periods of time, as parts of it is left in the timeline they were in prior. In order to return properly, they must trek through each timeline they passed through, to gather any frayed ends.

Demons that have ‘hopped’ timelines, will be much less powerful, having a mere fraction of the abilities they had in the first one.

Chaos Theory: End Kid

End Kid is the name Hat Kid once went by; back when she still remembered who and what she was.

A Chaos Demon, fleeing from the End of Time; away from her own kind who sought to wreak havoc among all of time. She eventually managed to escape the end, however it was clear such a feat would not be possible a second time; they would be expecting it.

So she took to doing a very harmful stunt among her kind.

She would hop between timelines, going from one parallel timeline to another. To do this once or twice, would be a massive blow to her kind, a significant portion of their soul being left behind each time.

She has done this countless times. So many times that she has lost nearly all of her powers, She has lost so much of her soul, that her memories have all faded.

Now she must be born into each timeline, and live her life as one of them; with a chance, as she grows, to learn who she really is.

The other demons continue to pursue her, despite this, seeking a way to bring her back to where they all came from.

Chaos Theory: Hat Kid

Hat Kid is an Eonite, a race of Aliens associated within the galaxy as keepers of time. She, with her adoptive sister Bow Kid, carry out missions on the Order of Time’s behalf.

She and her sister came into the order after Bell, Bow Kids mother, saved Hat Kid from her own mother; who had long since lost her mind. Ever since then, the young girl was raised by Bell alongside Bow Kid. It wasn’t long until the Order of Time approached them, and took custody of the girls.

What none of them know, however, is that Hat Kid is not truly an Eonite. Although she was born into the world as one, her soul is something else; a being far removed from time.

A being only known as a Chaos Demon; Entities spawning from The End of Time itself. This has given her slight reality bending powers. None of which she is aware of, or have any control over.

They are small, but noticeable quirks that happen around her, such as a window smashing; but no one nearby hearing it. Or the near infinite pocket dimension within her trademark top hat.

Alpine Skylines Rework: The Alchemist

The Alchemist:

A Nomad living in the Alpine Skylines with his younger sister. He is a timid fellow, who spends most of his time preparing medicines for the people of his village. He doesn’t go out much, rather asking people to bring him ingredients in exchange for the medicine they were after.

He loves his younger sister, and any time he isn’t spending making medicines is tending to her. Her illness causes him to be overprotective; trying to keep her in bed constantly, and not letting other people in to see her often- worried about them spreading something by accident.

Despite this, he is very caring, and goes to any length necessary to help anyone who seeks his aid; whether they are from the village itself, or not.

World And Story Changes:

Before you arrive in the alpine Skylines, you would be able to purchase his medicines from various vendors around the previous worlds (like the food vendors in the metro, but  “cold medicine” “Pain killers” Ect.

When Hat Kid arrives at the Skylines, The Alchemist would approach her; offering to help her find her time pieces, in exchange for her to gather medicines for his sister. Each of the ingredients would be located at each of the peaks.

The final act would have a bigger change. It would still follow the same idea as the Illness has spread; but would include a fight with the alchemist at the end; who (like every other boss), was after the Time Piece.

Upon being defeated, he would apologize and relinquish the final Time Piece to Hat Kid.
