I think my favorite thing about the Celine Dion/Taylor Swift discourse is how suddenly all these Taylor Swift antis know who Tree Paine is because that picture of them is “for PR” and “damage control”. Y’all will reach at the smallest things, and even go so far as to act like BODY LANGUAGE EXPERTS over a picture of Taylor and Celine hugging. And it’s because you want to find any excuse to be like “LOOK! TAYLOR DID THIS!” just because you’re so desperate to hate her and keep her name in your mouth (even though you secretly like her, ie that guy who destroyed a vinyl that wasn’t even Taylor’s). But be so for real, you wouldn’t know who Tree Paine was if you weren’t at least somewhat familiar with Taylor’s past and the things that have happened over the course of her career (especially during the Reputation/Lover eras).

My point being, y’all self proclaimed haters of Taylor Swift (which yes, you are self proclaimed bc it’s your whole personality and you have to announce it everywhere you go) are more in tune with Taylor than you want to admit and you and I both know that for a fact 💀
