Ah, yes! Dino was correct, the younger teen did live here! That was a relief, something in the back of his mind was just telling there was a possible chance he had the wrong Region... Besides his face, the one thing Dino noticed were the metal tonfas that the teen held diligently in his palms. The blond froze and made no effort to move away from him; or that would be an obvious sign of weakness and fear to Kyouya.
He raised his hands up defensively and shook his head, "No, no." He stifled a small, playful chuckle, "Settle down, Kyouya, I'm here to visit." He explained to him quickly. He wasn't too sure if he was really up for another fight... The first fight they had sure was enlivening, although, he just wasn't so sure if he was up for round two just yet. However, he made the extra preparation to bring his whip neatly stuffed in his jacket pocket before leaving, just in the case the boy tried to attack him as a surprise attack.
Okay, okay... He was here to visit. Surely the boy would question him why he was visiting... Would Kyouya even accept the 'I wanted to see you!' or 'I'm just a lil' bored' excuse? Ah, probably not.
"Ahh... Uhm," He scratched his cheek as he thought for the quick moment, before speaking again, "How are you feelin' anyway, Kyouya?" He asked him, a smile on his face, "Are you taking care of yourself?"
When he had to deal with an entire region’s worth of herbivores ‘prove himself’ strong enough to see the Champion of Hoenn, Hibari had been pleased with the battle he’d earned - one on one, no pets, just two men and their own weapons. The carnivore had lost, a rare occurrence, but nothing about his loss upset him. In fact, it only excited him. He had found a worthy opponent, someone who he couldn’t destroy at a minute’s notice. This Champion, Cavallone, was an exhilarating fight, and when Hibari had gone home (ignoring the offer of a pokemon battle against the Champion, it had never been his intention) he had been quite injured and thoroughly satisfied. His officers had questioned the contented look on his face during the days that had followed, and his almost cheerful mood.
However, things had gone back to normal. One good fight could only last him so long before he was craving excessive violence once more, and the fight he had worked so hard to earn was never dwelled on. But when one of his officers nervously knocked on his door, only to tell him that he had been asked for by his given name alone, the memory of that fight was fresh in his mind once more. After all, how many people were stupid enough to call him so familiarly when he made his preferences for the opposite clear? Only the woman who he had lived with for a large portion of his life was afforded that privilege, and she certainly wouldn’t have had someone else get him for her. The only idiot he could think of was the man so skilled with his whip, Cavallone. There was still a question as to his identity, though. The Champion of Hoenn, coming to a police station in Ecruteak City? Perhaps it was someone else, a stranger who didn’t know better than to call him by his given name.
Hibari gladly picked up his metal tonfa from his desk and stalked past the man who had reported the visitor without a word, his bird fluttering to rest on his shoulder. When he reached the front desk where the man was waiting, his eyes lit up and his grip on his tonfa tightened. “Wao. You’ve come for a rematch, Cavallone?”

'Business' as Dino would sometimes call it was being rather slow today in Ever Grande City. It was just honestly boring him! Being Champion wasn't the best for him at most times. Sitting around, being patient, waiting for someone to show up? Yeah, he didn't do much of those things very well. Also, usually if they were lucky enough to get past the four before him, Dino could still earn a victory rather easily. Well, that was the obvious point of the Champion: The strongest pokemon trainer there. He was supposed to be strong, right? It all made sense within his brain.
He simply made his way to his home town, Verdanturf City with the help of his trusty Flygon, Gil, to visit his simple home. It was always pleasurable to get away from the fancy place where Dino held his Champion title. Verdanturf was peaceful, covered in flowers and the neighbors were rather swell. It was always safe, luckily when Dino was younger he was trusted to run around the small town freely with Enzo... As long as he didn't go into the cave of course. Being the child that he was he did that anyway when no one was looking. The collections of whismurs and geodudes frightened him at first [what kid wouldn't be scared of wild pokemon though?], but Enzo always made an effort to protect him. Everything was perfectly fine, despite the fact he was still a klutz... He always managed to trip and gain a couple of cuts or bruises as he was playing outside. That always earned Dino to be covered in bandaids as a kid. He let out a dreamy sigh, he was reminiscing too much. He couldn't help himself though, ever since he started leaving the town he grew up in more often he always wanted to look back on everything. It just felt nice. Reassuring.
Suddenly, a brilliant idea popped in his head. Dino perked up and clasp his hands together, "I know what can cure my boredom!" He exclaimed to Gil, "Let's go to Johto! You can get us there right, buddy?" He looked at his pokemon. The flygon nodded at his question and Dino gave him a dorky grin and reached out to pet Gil's chin.
"Alrighty, time to go!" Dino hopped onto his pokemon's  back and they proceeded to make their way to the other neighboring region. Traveling Johto still took time, especially flying on Gil's back. He was strong but he allowed the pokemon to rest every once in awhile. He made an effort to leave when it was dark so he could arrive at Johto when it was morning or midday.
He knew the perfect person to visit. He had this all planned out perfectly!
First stop: Ecruteak City!
When Dino arrived he hopped off of his pokemon, and returned him to his pokeball after a few words of praise. Okay, now, where was that person he planned to meet? Where could he be...?
He took a quick look around, aha! The police station. That was the most reasonable area to check first. He walked over to the building and entered, "Hey, I'm looking for someone by the name of Kyouya?" He said as soon as he entered.
