hello! i don't know if you can answer my question but i have a really big problem and i would like to know if you can help me. basically one of my friends had her app uninstalled by inadvertence and when she tries to transfer her account it says "data takeover failed". i tried transferring it on my phone and it says that i can't transfer it and have to wait for a month? i want to contact bamco because she needs it really quickly for lim yuki's revival but i don't know how and where i can do it

Tell her to log into her BNID on the website and make sure it’s bound. That 30 day wait period is when you’ve unbound and then rebound your account to a new ID–you’re forced to wait 30 days before you can unbind again.

Keep in mind you can only transfer from the main start page on a freshly downloaded app. You cannot load a transfer after you have started the game.

…I’m also mildly scared you might have unbound your account and rebound it to her ID. I’m not exactly sure what order of buttons (and where) you pressed, so I can’t tell from this message alone. You should check your ID too…

what is that exactly ? what part of grouping is that of ?

So when you play lives, there are certain times when drop rates or other things are (marginally imo) increased. There are different groups for which the active time is different. So like, Group A will have a rate up at a different time than Group B. It’s not really all that important, tbh.

hi, excuse me but i did something rlly stupid and idk how to undo it aaaa so i was wondering if you could help me?? — basically, before you play a song you get asked at what speed do you want to play it, right? like, you choose the number of speed. well,,,, it does not ask me anymore!! i think i touched something without realizing and deactivated the option of choosing the speed or something????

Select a song to play, pick a random support, then tap the live setting button in the upper right (the wrench icon). Uncheck the 2nd check mark.

Hi, can you explain the other 2.5K Gacha beside the 10 Pull that is available right now? (I believe it's the 2nd tab)

If you’re a new player, there’s a special gacha you can do for the first month or so (20-something days; they keep changing it). You have to use 2500 PAID jewels, though. If you do that, you get a ticket for a 10-scout plus a ticket for any permanent SSR.

Hi sorry to boder but I think I have a problem. I was focused on the current event so I totally forgot the free solo scouts that are being given (I think I only did a couple) I was wandering if I would still receive the solos that I didn’t use or If fucked up and I would not have the ones that I kinda lost

They only last the day they’re given, so unfortunately, you lost them.

I have enough earned star jewels for the 10 roll gacha and 1000 bought star jewels. The questions is, if I do a 10 roll gacha, will the game decide to use the earned jewels currency first? Or the bought jewels then my earned jewels? Thank you.

Free currency will always be used before paid currency.

Hi! I have a question about the cinfest? Is this only a special type of box with limited cards or is this an event? Also , when did the last one occurred?

CinFes is a special gacha period when the SSR rate is doubled from 3% to 6%. There are also special CinFes limited cards; in other words, these cards only appear in the gacha during CinFes periods. The last CinFes was from 12/31 - 1/04. The new pattern seems like it happens every 2 months. I would predict the next one will be at the end of February, but don’t quote me on it.

Neither of them have CinFes cards! They both have their limited and permanent SSRs, though.

I don’t understand I have 8 lottery tickets and when I entered to the app today it made one pull (also it was the lowest place of course T.T) but, does that mean that I don’t have another chance ? Or will I have another pull tomorrow ?

All of your lottery tickets get rolled at once. What you saw the animation for was your highest tier reward. For example, if you look at the results screen, it would say something like 5th x4, 6th x5, 7th x1, 8th x13. That adds up to a total of my 23 tickets.

Unfortunately, that means your best reward was 8th tier. All of your tickets got either 8th or 9th. There will not be additional rolls.

If you’re on Android, you can dig up the file yourself, though I wouldn’t have a clue how. I think some people update a download on a cat-like site /hinthint every once in a while. Otherwise, there is nowhere else to get the music at the moment. The current event is a brand new song, so it won’t be seeing a full release for quite some time. And BGM versions of all songs that appear in deresute have yet to make an appearance outside of the game/event they first appeared in.

The time period for earning lottery tickets has already ended. In fact, the results of the lottery have already been posted as of answering this ask. Maybe next time, anon! Generally, you would get them by logging in and completing limited daily/event missions during the campaign period.

Sorry if this has been asked already, but if you have a high number of lottery tickets, is there a higher chance of getting to 4th or 3rd tier ?? I was just curious :0

Uh…Kinda…ish? The more tickets you have, the better chance you have that one of those tickets will land in any tier. It doesn’t change the fact that there’s only going to be X people getting 3rd tier, but it gives you a better chance at it than someone who has fewer tickets than you. I hope that made sense.

Conversely, someone who’s really lucky and has fewer tickets can still get a really good tier prize. Having more tickets gives you a better chance of one of them landing a higher tier, but it doesn’t guarantee it.

You only lose jewels when you switch OS (between android and iOS).

I own a Kindle Fire 7 (5th Gen) and had installed the Google Play Store myself, so I figured I’d just try it out for them, since I was fairly certain it would be safe.

For the record, this is using the VPN method, using a Japanese Google Play account to download the app, and transferring from an Android Moto X Pure.

Happy to report that all star jewels remained intact. I would imagine it’d be safe using QooApp or manual APK install too. That said, my Fire 7 doesn’t seem to be up to snuff, performance-wise, but the 8 HD has a bit more oomph in the graphics department, so who knows? Best of luck!

I want to transfer my account from a older Android smartphone to a Kindle Fire HD 8 (2017). I know Fire OS 5 is Android based, but are they different enough that I would lose my non premium jewels after the transfer? Thank you for your time.

I’m not even sure if it’ll work. The Fire OS is Android-based, but it doesn’t have the GooglePlay Store. (Not sure if you can install QooApp to get the game.) I’d imagine that if you can get the game, you wouldn’t lose jewels, but I cannot guarantee. Might wanna try asking a wider audience like the subreddit. If anyone has any knowledge, please reply and leave a comment! Or retweet!

Apologies, especially since you’ve probably answered this before! I only started playing 3 days ago, and I was looking through my roster of girls to feed them to my R’s.. but like 7 or so of these girls say they’re in a party and can’t be removed? I checked my 4 parties and none of those girls are on them..? How do I get rid of these girls??

Check and see if any of those girls are part of your Live Party team. You can access Live Party from the banner on the main page. I do believe we have a page on that, so feel free to check that if you need more info.
