Fun fact: I worked at a casino for 2 months and there are rules for winnings depending on your citizen status. If you're a US citizen you pay 20% tax on winnings and fill out some paperwork. If you're here on vacation or similar you pay 30% tax and fill out even more paperwork. If you're an illegal alien you pay 0% tax. You get all your winnings. No paperwork involved. Ponder that.
