I love TES vampires. some of them breathe and have heartbeats, some don't. when vampires are hungry they either get really weak or really strong. vampires are weak to sunlight, except some aren't. some look all dead and nasty, some look regular. the only unilateral statements about elder scrolls vampires are as follows:

they suck blood

they are NOT weakened by garlic, except for that one guy
