Well, I fear that if Lucy did make detective this season, it will be because some bizarre things happen to 5 of the 16 people ahead of her( because I've abandoned the idea of this show being half-serious long time ago😂 ) (especially after the doppleganger). Hope this won't turn out to be true.

And I REALLY want to see something happen to PRIMM, this male chauvinist's action shall have consequences.

Finally finished 601!

Thoughts: they really shouldn't ride together anymore (I love the Lucy Lesson in season 5). TO/Sergeant Tim will take action into his own hands after Lucy's first affirmation that she missed nothing, while Boyfriend Tim would want to give Lucy more chance to figure out the wild card on her own, thus, a crime scene was ruined😂. If it's Angela or Nyla, this won't happen.

And, Lucy's anxiety and spiraling is totally understandable, if it was me that knows for sure some high rank is determined to sabotage my career,I might actually throw up(several times a day that is).

I had a dream this morning about Tim getting an engagement ring, Lucy somehow found out and was asking about what the ring looks like, Tim said that she would see the ring after 10 years (clearly a tease, don't know why this came to my mind) then said there's something blue on the ring.....

Then I was woken up by the delivery man🌚🌚

It will be super interesting if chenford get to say their first ILYs in the next episode, because "520" sounds like "I Love You" in Chinese😂 (yes now May 20th is like another valentines day for couples here)

My thoughts on UC:

If Lucy decided to end the pursuing of UC, I wish it's not solely because of Tim's trauma or because UC is a relationship killer (and I don't like the show's tendency to doom all UC's relationships).

There definitely should be a serious discussion for these, Lucy might want to give up because of her love for Tim, and Tim does have his own fear yes, but at this stage of their relationship, the trust between them is just unbreakable, and I think Tim, while will honestly admit his fear, will also make it clear that "you are not Isabel, if you really want to do this, I have faith in us, we can take the risk, if one day it's too hard and you want to stop, at least you did try" (well, it's only my imagination but I really want to see this kind of scenario, it will be a huge healing progress for Tim)

I always think the reason why Lucy is into UC work in the first place is, she looked up to Nyla, who is such a superior role model, confident, mature, incredibly tough, super badass, , a fierce presence in a world controlled mainly by men, all the things Lucy want other people to see her as. And Nyla worked UC. So I think Lucy want to go UC to prove herself and to be as good as Nyla. If Lucy decided to give up UC, I wish it would also because Lucy now know she doesn't need to go through the same path as Nyla to be the same (or better) badass female cop. There's no need to follow others foot steps, Lucy Chen can make her own path.

That being said, though the show mainly focus on patrol, I do want Lucy to find some other path, because I want her to be Captain Lucy Chen (or Captain Lucy Bradford-chen) one day (at that time Watch Commander Tim will retire to take care of the kids) and patrol might not be able to offer adequate experience.

So to solve the problem of "seeing each other less" they'll have to "officially" move in together right👀

It's no surprise Jake cheated on Sava, I mean he already did once in Vegas right? (tbh I WOULD be surprised if Java is indeed the lovey dovey soulmate couple 😂)

Just checked on twitter and saw the reminder that for us international viewers, from this week, the episodes will start an hour earlier

Which means from now on for (almost)every Wednesday until the season finale I will arrive at work on time 😂 （will need to get up at least half an hour earlier）

If I like someone (including fictional characters), I want them to be happy, to get what they want.

So because Tim wants kids and Lucy wants kids, I want chenford to have kids(not too soon of course, Lucy needs that promotion first).

Simple as that.
