i fucking hate the US healthcare system

i’m on medicaid now, but this is from last year when i was on my mom’s insurance. at least they decided to pay $418!! they’re so helpful!! not.

i keep getting reminders from the hospital but i just haven’t had the money to pay this off. they did give me a payment plan option… for $805 a month. LMAO. i’ve been unable to work because of health issues (hence the medicaid). this sucks. i’m nearly $10,000 in debt from ONE ER trip. well, actually i have even more medical debt from past appointments, ER visits, etc., so it’s well over $10,000 at this point. fuck my liiiiife
