‹ madelaine petsch. cis woman. she/her. muse 2o. › calista king is back in rochdale for the summer. they’re currently twenty three years old and are known as the hellcat of the rioters, especially after they ripped a girls hair out for flirting with her then boyfriend. they graduated in 2016 and since then they’ve been majoring in fashion design and recently graduated, only to not be granted and internship or a job anywhere. they decided to come back for the summer because she doesn’t know what to do with her life anymore. let’s hope they have the summer of their dreams!

LIVING ARRANGEMENT: currently renting a hotel room in rochdale. 

BACKGROUND

grew up in los angeles, california to a set of well off, cutthroat defense attorney parents. she has a younger brother named cesar, who she spent a lot of time with growing up. 

her parents, while present in cali and cesar’s lives, were married to their jobs. 

cali wasn’t really all that mad about it, enjoying the freedom of not having her parents breathing down her neck, always having been super independent. until they one day decided to up and move the family to rochdale when she was twelve. 

suddenly they wanted to be invested parents and have the perfect little family in the annoyingly perfect small town. her father took up a job as a family lawyer, while her mother begun practicing property law. 

this annoyed calista to no end, since she’d loved her life back in los angeles, so as soon as their feet landed in rochdale, she begun acting out. everything from vandalizing property and getting into fights, to playing her music so loud the neighbors complained and sneaking out in the middle of the night.

as she started high school and slowly became apart of the rioters, she learned that there was more to troublemaking than just spiting her parents. she begun getting in trouble with the group, just for the hell of it. 

but despite her friendship with the rioters, she never forgot the fact that her parents ripped her away from a perfectly good life and friends in la, which is why she begun growing cold and disrespectful. 

when she made it to senior year, she was at a rioter party, where she eventually ended up ripping a girl’s hair out for trying to flirt with her boyfriend. at least that’s how she saw it. they may or may not just have been having a conversation.

as soon as she graduated, despite caring deeply for the rioters, she fled rochdale and moved to new york, in order to follow her passion for designing. despite them paying for her education she barely spoke to her parents throughout her college years. 

when she graduated, and realized nobody wanted to hire her, the hellcat had to come back home with her tail between her legs. having lived away from her parents for so long, she didn’t particularly want to move in with them again, so they agreed to pay for a hotel room for the summer while they mend fences and she tries to figure out what she wants to do with her life from here.
