モルタルの様な印象のシャツ。染めムラのある生地を使い、ボタンは白い貝ボタン。 依頼主のブルーベースの色白な肌に良く映えて、着た時には淡い印象になります。 このご注文は5月に入った頃で、日中の気温は高く、紫外線を肌にヒリヒリと感じていました。モノトーンの洋服を好んで着ている方で、春から秋でも重い印象にならない様なシャツが欲しいという事でした。 先ずは様々なトーンのグレーの生地サンプルを用意し、顔まわりに当てながら決めていきました。シャツの形はスタンドカラーに、フレンチフロント、着丈は少し長めに取り、羽織りや、タックインし易くしました。仕上がったシャツに洗いをかけ、無造作なシワがシャツに明暗をつけてくれます。 このグレーが重くならず、落ち着いた爽やかな印象になるのは、彼女のパーソナルカラーに良く合っているから。

She likes monotone clothes and wants a shirt that won't give a heavy impression from spring to autumn. First of all, we prepared gray fabric samples of various tones and decided them while applying them around the face. The shirt has a stand collar, a French front, and a slightly longer length, making it easier to put on and tuck in. Wash the finished shirt and the wrinkles will add light and dark to the shirt. The reason why this gray is not heavy and calm and refreshing is that it fits her personal color well.

「Regular coller shirt」 material : cotton100% 白いシャツはスタンダードだからこそ、細かな所に拘りたくなる。コーディネートしたい洋服に合わせても、あと数センチでバランスが取れるのに…という事がよくある。今回シャツの注文を頂いた理由がそれでした。程よく緊張感があり、程よく柔らかな印象で、パンツスタイルにもスカートにも合う様にというご要望だった。早速、彼女の定番である洋服を見させてもらい、デザインを決めて行った。レギュラーカラーで、襟腰を高めにとり、襟先の開き角度も狭目にした。彼女は撫で肩なので、肩先を数ミリだけ上げ、肩の傾斜を矯正した。コンパクトな首肩周りの堅い印象を、身幅や袖の太さで柔らかくしていった。後日、トワルを組んで試着チェックをした。彼女はとても気に入ってくれ、修正は細かな微調整で済んだ。生地はツヤのあるブロードに決めた。完成したシャツを、タックワイドスカートにシャツインして着ても、チノパンに合わせても、程よく引き締まり、ユニフォームの様に彼女に馴染んでいて、とても似合っていました。

That was the reason she ordered her shirt this time. Her request was to have a shirt that fits both pants-style and skirt with a moderately tight and moderately soft impression. I immediately saw her clothes and decided on a shirt design. The collar is a regular collar, the waist of the collar is raised, and the opening angle of the neck is narrow. Because she was a stroking shoulder, she forced the shoulder line angle up a few millimeters. As a result, the compact impression around the neck and shoulders was softened by the width of the body and the thickness of the sleeves. At a later date, I sewed it and checked it on. She liked it so much that the fix was a small tweak. The shirt fabric was decided to be a shiny broad fabric. Whether wearing a tuck-wide skirt with a shirt or wearing a chinos, it was moderately tight and casually loose, so it looked good.
