Iago sure did crank up the heat a good bit, so it was nice and toasty inside the room while the snow blew through the street outside and reminded the world that winter was indeed here to stay. But it made Iago’s smile seem only the sunnier at being given the compliment.

“Thanks! So glad you like it. I spent years saving up for this here.”

And he waved around the room, while his tail wagged happily in the back.

“And well, it’s pretty much the same here, but I got just the solution for this. Ta-Da~”

And he handed her a big, steaming cup that smelled like cinnamon and nutmeg. And a tiny hint of chocolate, too. Nothing straight off the menu, that was for sure, but hell, he was just so happy to meet her, he had to go for something special.

you could imagine how long it would take to get enough cash to run a business. you wonder just what its like to own and run your own business for but a moment before the wonderful smell hit your nostrils. a purr of delight erupts from you as you lean forward to accept the cup into your gloved hands.

     “ goodness, this looks amazing! “

you chirp, giving it a little sniff. it smelt so sweet ... ah, sweet things were such a vice for you. you couldn’t resist it. you just had to give it a little sip! another purr rumbles from you.

     “ and tastes totally amazing too! “

You couldn't shake the feeling of absolute joy. You haven't exactly gotten the chance to meet up with many friends you made online aside from Titus. Hopefully this would change that a bit!

You smile warmly as you approach the counter, taking in the looks of the establishment. You had to give it to Iago, he had a nice place here.

" Little Cow. That's such a cute name for this place. Hehe! "

A pause.

" What I would give to be as warm as you are right now. It's freezing back home. "

with that, you close your new laptop and get dressed. figures, once you get done with work, you just lounge in your workout clothes for hours on end. however, if you’re to visit someone, you want to look at least half decent!

you let out a hum as you approach your transportilzer, punching the  coords and taking off to meet up with you new companion!

Once the activity of her handle turns offline, Iago turns back towards his own work and setting up a pair of cups for some coffee. While he usually had a lot to do in the early morning and during lunchtime, today was rather peaceful, with only a small group of regulars huddling in the corners of the sitting area with their claws, hands or mandibles clutched around steaming cups. Some had ordered a lunch, but most were satisfied with just a hot drink for the biting cold outside.

A small chime replaced the usual buzz of the transportalizer, and Iago immediately lifted his head, vanilla syrup in one paw and whipped cream in the other. “Welcome to the Little Cow! Ove here, please.” And he waved towards the solid wooden counter, smiling wide.
