Payment is through Paypal or Venmo, paid up front.

You will receive a digital file via email in your preferred format (png is most common). Commissions take 2-5 weeks to complete, depending on complexity and my current workload. If you need something more quickly, we can negotiate a rush price. I will send two progress updates as I work. I may send more, but do not expect constant updates. If something causes a delay, I will inform you. I will refund you if I have to cancel your commission for my own reasons. However, if you are unsatisfied with my work, I will not refund you (the time I spent on it can not be recovered).

What I will ask for: 1) Textual description or sketch of the characters and setup you would like (poses, emotions, etc.) 2) Visual reference for the characters (this can range from a stick person with labels pointing to it, to moodboards/image refs, to a full illustration). Without visual reference, I will have to charge more for character design (but remember stick figures count!!). 3) Anything else you think is important for me to understand what you want :)
