Sent hints of rings to the boyo and we kind of narrowed it down to one that I had liked off of etsy. I had reservations with using my mom’s old diamond since she had recently gotten a new big shiny rock. I myself am not a diamond kind of person? I don’t know I’m just wanting an alternative.

My boyfriend is working hard to get into being a full stack developer and I’m feeling kind of stuck in where I am. To elaborate: I’m feeling kind of discouraged. Discouraged in a way that’s hard to describe but it definitely is art and drawing related. I feel like I hardly have any time and energy to get things out like I used to in university. My day job requires me to sit in a cubicle, write and sign titles for cars all day. I’m like the office work horse where I have my main duties for my own team and I have to help the other team that signs for a different brand. They have so much titles I always end up signing all day when I work on that side either at the start of the day or after I sign for my own team. So... when I come home in so tired and my wrist is so tired and always ends up hurting for 2-3 days (which I think is kind of bad). When I get the time to draw I never really know what to do— all my ideas that I would have thought up before I do are usually fun at the time but once I get to my laptop I just can’t conceptualize it. I’m really thinking once my boyfriend gets a different job that pays more than this one and mine combined I can finally just do my thing. But it also stresses me out and I always end up thinking I have to start my Instagram feed all over again and purge old things that I still like but I guess it might be for the best as well as have a consistent feed.

Update: apparently they don’t but if you wanted to you’d have to get it approved by the city. Still gonna live there though.

So it’s decided we gonna get married but I am tasked with finding affordable white gold bands that fit the diamond we have. I at least don’t know when it’s going to happen but I’m v excited because I know I’m going to be really surprised.

After we get good jobs I want to move someplace where it’s not hot like Arizona is. Like Seattle 👀

My hair is also so long now that it’s at the point that it’s automatically parting in the middle.
