first half of season two hannibal is low-key hilarious because it's just hannibal committing absolutely gruesome murders with some sweet poetic undertone for will and then showing up to visit him and say shit like, 'this killer must be like, in love with you or something'

hannibal is so cringefail because how do you successfully get away with literal murder and cannibalism for years all while being a well respected sophisticate and food connoisseur and then risk it all for a guy covered in dog hair who is also an asshole and also wants to kill you real bad

I think the craziest thing that happened in hannibal nbc has to be hannibal's schedule because my man was out there murdering people, eating them all while going unnoticed, working full time as a psychiatrist, playing several instruments + composing music, working with the FBI to lead them away from him, flirt with the guy trying to catch him, have random hookups, cook michelin star worthy meals, host dinner parties, go to the opera, frame the guy he fell in love with for his own crimes, go to therapy (more like yap about his crush to bedelia), spend several hours a week at the swimming pool, spend hours on tattlecrime reading about himself and that's not even all of it je lui tire mon chapeau like we say in french oh yes right he also speaks multiple languages!

I love Frieren for so many reasons, but I think the biggest aspect of it that just grips me is how much it’s a love letter to life. Specifically, to the concept of one little moment of your life permanently changing you for the better. To us, it’s UNIMAGINABLE just how vast and timeless Frieren’s lifespan is. Ten years to her is like an hour, at most, for a human—and yet, doesn’t everyone have a brief moment where something, or someone, did something to alter the way they see the world positively?

You’d think that such a profound thing, like a mere human like Himmel being able to leave such an impact on an elf like Frieren even years after his passing, was near impossible. But if all it takes is a moment to change our own perceptions, it’s such a wonderful feat for ten years to make Frieren the reminiscent and more open hearted mage she is now.
