"T'was a pleasure too meet yoou too, lass," Cat sr. said a little stiffly, taking her hand and kissing it like Cat would. "Aye, if yoou ever need anythin', juust write," Marissa added, giving her a light hug before drifting over to Cat. "C.J, 'm goin' too miss yoou." She kissed his cheek and he carefully hugged her back, trying not to crush Veronica.

"Yoou take care'a tha' lil lass, boy," Cat sr. said coolly to his son, holding his hand out. Cat gingerly took it and nodded once. "I'll take care's booth'a 'em." "Yoou better. I'll bee watchin' yoou more closely." Cat's fur bristled again and he let go. With a final elegant sweep, they were gone, leaving Cat a bit wary about what was going to happen next.
