Harriet smiled and nodded at that, sighing happily into the kiss as she pulled her close, making things a bit more urgent as she moved them closer to the bed. Her lips left Gwen’s to explore her neck, kissing and nipping at the skin there.

gwen hummed and stayed close to the other female’s body and kissed her back. she moaned and tilted her head back as harriet kissed her neck.

he nodded “you’re right, i will, i want him to know he’s worth it. he’s important,” he said. it was very weird for him but he liked him a lot.

lucian smiled, “i’m happy for you, man. i hope i get to meet him.”

he smiled “okay, we’ll do it and you’ll see it will be better than you expected.”

he nodded, “and if not, you owe me a pizza.”

Once they got to the bedroom, Harriet cupped Gwen’s face in her hand and kissed her again, holding her close. “I don’t want you to be nervous or scared,” Harriet admitted against her lips. “You don’t like or want anything, and we stop, okay?”

gwen was shy and a little nervous, but not scared. she was attracted to harriet and she wanted this. she wasn’t afraid. she nodded and then leaned in and met her lips again and stepped closer to her.

Harriet smirked, pleasantly surprised by this answer. “Let the way to the bedroom then, peach.”

gwen’s face flushed bright red as she felt warmth all throughout her body and took harriet’s hand and led her further into her apartment and into her bedroom.

“Dante,” he nodded. “it’s complicated because he thinks i’m too good for him,”he said softly. “but i don’t care about all that parents shit anyway.” he shrugged, the only one he really had an issue with was ursula but he met her daughter and she was cool.

he nodded, “you just have to stick by him and show him that you’re not going anywhere. until he believes it.”

he nodded “i know, you’re right,” he said softly. “it is hard, i’m here for you. we can do whatever you want to.”

he sucked in a deep breath, “i want to go. i need to.”

Harriet smiled into the kiss. She felt warm–happy in a way she hadn’t felt in a long time. When the kiss broke, she grinned against her lips. “We don’t have to keep going if you don’t want,” she said softly. “But we could.”

she smiled, “i-i don’t mind..”

“Cute,” Harriet whispered one more time before bringing her lips to Gwen’s, making their first kiss soft and gentle.

gwen's heart was beating out of her chest as harriet leaned in and kissed her. gwen slowly leaned closer and kissed her back.

Harriet chuckled and pulled Gwen close by the hips. “Don’t run away from me, gorgeous. I love that blush,” she said, cupping her cheek in her palm and rubbing it with her thumb.

gwen blushed more and turned her head toward harriet and looked at her face as the two were now much closer than before. her breath caught in her throat.

Harriet chuckled as she followed Gwen along to her apartment. “You’re almost too cute, you know that? All shy and bashful.”

gwen turned toward harriet as she heard her speak and almost immediately upon hearing her words, blushed and looked away, “stoppp..”

Harriet smirked, getting up off of her barstool. “Lead the way, peach.”

she smiled shyly and nodded, “sure. just follow me.” she started walking out of the bar and then led her the short walk to her apartment.

“you seem down,” he said. “are you sure everything is okay?”

he sighed, “it’s just hard to let something go you’ve been holding onto for so long...even when you know you have to.”

“ah, well, i think i met someone,” he said. “i mean, i don’t know where it’s headed or what he’s even thinking but i had a good time with him- i want to see where it goes.”

lucian smiled, “that’s amazing, dude! what’s his name?”
