Tia is the sister of one of my previous customers who purchased a Cadillac SRX for his family. Al came in with Tia to look for a newer car for her. This wasn't an easy deal, but I knew with some work, we could make it happen. As usual, I let Tia know the smartest way to buy a car is to let the lender review her information, and tell us what they are willing to offer her, then we can narrow down our search staying within those guidelines. In this case, due to a combination of many factors including income and credit Tia would require a cosigner. Nahum and his lady, Vivian, were walking around the dealership looking at cars. Because it was raining, nobody was paying attention, or didn't want to walk out in the rain, so I put on my hat, grabbed my umbrella and went out to greet them. As I introduced myself and welcomed them to our location, almost immediately, Nahum mentioned they were tired of using other people's cars to get around and said they were thinking about buying a SUV. We walked around in the rain for awhile when I finally said, we can get soaked, or we can do this the smart way, and let the lender tell us exactly what they will lend you. They liked it and I knew as we drove back, they would take the car, but I'm not your ‘run of the mill salesman’, and I never ‘stick' a buyer with a car because I want a sale. I said, you'll be driving this for a few years and I need you to love the drive, or you won't be happy. So I said, let's take a look at something different. With that, we drove to our second location and I pulled out this near showroom condition 2016 Mercedes-Benz E-350 - Luxury pack. I saw their eyes light up, and as Vivian slipped in the front seat and slid her hand along the wood finishing, i knew this was the car they would be driving home. I did tell them the $400 monthly budget told me about probably wouldn't be possible with this, still under factory warranty beauty, but I'd do my best to get them a fair deal. Jodie and her husband recently moved to South Florida, and since matthew works on a road crew, they quickly realized as a working couple living in this area, a second car is an absolute must. Mike and his partners had been looking for a Ford High Top, LWB Transit Van for their business located in Arizona for nearly 6 months. HAPPY CARY CUSTOMER Sean sent his sister to see me several months ago after reading on Facebook about the great deals people get when they come see me. I helped her purchase a nearly new Red C-250. ANOTHER HAPPY CARY CUSTOMER Renita and Ahmed came to see me looking to purchase a 2014 Ford Focus I had advertised on Offer Up. ANOTHER CARY CUSTOMER Todd drove from Fort Myers to get a great deal on a vehicle from me. He'd been driving a 2007 Ford for several years and decided it was time for a newer SUV.
