Basically this oc 'defies gravity' from time to time. Placing their own rules but only on themselves.

Flout can do this by 'pointing' where they want to go (this is what they tell others they collaborate with, after they show it off and then emphasizing the arrows on their clothing)

All clothing has arrows in their design, when they use their power a low glow/flash of dark Azul travel through a arrow. When the glow reaches the point it takes Flout that-a-way like gravity changed for them

they can control how much or fast their 'falling' is depending oh how much emphasis they put in their 'point' ie: Flout's arrows which means the glow/flash is less and when they launched by timing how long the glow/flash arrive to the point. (They can rapid blast their power until they find the right amount)

To let gravity take ahold of Flout once more they have to 'let go' of their 'challenge' to gravity (Flout says begrudgingly but really everyone can see the meaning conveyed- give up, admit defeat or that's what Flout lets them think.)

Flout's can make small things 'float' by 'pointing' in both directions- up and down- low amount of flouting to kinda stay in place. (They don't tell others that they can 'float' things in close quarters harder to control for bigger things over their body weights let's say. And in theory themselves.)
