Red doesn't seem to be reaching out to tag her, in fact, he's more running with her. Rules don't apply, they know where they're suppose to try and reach. Tag isn't the main priority, sadly. Just a motivation for the two children.

the characters name is gyco lizard. theyre the protagonist of this absolute ABOMINATION of a sad Roblox story.

this scene in particular is in part two. at a young age, their guardians abandon them in a forest, and judging from the dialogue it is most likely because they are an abnormality.
