Actually, the age difference between Carmen and Chase is funny. Because Chase is an adult man who for some reason behaves like a juvenile idiot and no numbers make sense here.

I mean, Carmen is clearly an adult girl and would obviously be the boss in a relationship with Chase, because it's obvious how she sets the rules in their mission in Egypt, and Chase listens to her.
