I can see this scene play out in my mind's eye:

Janeway and one of her senior staff go to her ready room to discuss an issue. Janeway walks over to her desk where a coffee mug sits. She takes a sniff and a sip - it's definitely cold but still good.

She makes a face, shrugs, then empties the mug in one go.

Paris/Neelix/Doc... look at her in slight disgust.

"Never let a good coffee go to waste" she replies.
