#honestly i think most people mirror how the person that taught them did it #I live with two hook at the front and twist people and im a hook at the back guy #and they were both taught by front and twist and i was taught hook at the back #anyway it's not that hard. it can be a little fiddly but like all things it takes practice #eventually it becomes pretty instinctual you just kind of know where the hooks and eyelets are from muscle memory

what i really want to do in life is become a cantor but there's no program for it in the uk at all and i do not want to attend the huc x

#nor could i afford the huc even if i wanted to #they charge $30k a year for a five year programme and even their scholarships only cover three of those years #which is a fucking shande imo #anyway all the ordained cantors working in the UK studied at huc. lol. lmao #goodbye dreams #as far as i can tell there's not even a cantorial course in fucking australia
