Ok, I admittedly don't have much in the way of mlm ships, and even my poly ships cap out at one dude max. But I've been rewatching Death Note again, and I swear to God that period where Light and Misa lose their memories and start interacting with L has got me feeling things

It kind of makes me want to see the world where Light's plan goes sideways and he and Misa never actually get their memories back, and with no other leads they just declare the case solved when the corporate dude goes down, and one things leads another until the story becomes a wacky detective agency AU starring an upstanding young man who takes himself way too seriously, his sweet tooth gremlin of a husband, and their bubbly supermodel of a wife who always seems to catch the all important clue that the two boneheaded super geniuses missed.

And Ryuk and Rem are watching unseen in the corner providing commentary, because this shit is way more fun than what they had going on before.
