(Okay, I'm finally archiving this blog! I still really think that moving and starting fresh will be a lot better than me trying to come back on this blog specifically. I have a lot of memories with this blog though so I don't want to get rid of it, and it will be easier for people to find me if they choose to follow me again.

This will be a move and combination for my Hibiki and Miku blogs (exsolis), as I intend to write them both together on the same space now.

I still go by the same URL (cantusecho) but again, Miku will be there too. I'm still working on the blog, and I'll queue this a few times on both blogs, but you can catch me here:

{ Was looking back at all my old Symphogear fics, same for videos, and felt a bit nostalgic in missing Miku and Hibiki. I still think about writing them, and I remember wanting to make Hibiki again for a fresh start, to start over elsewhere. Might end up doing that, we shall see. Miku’s blog MIGHT be fine since she’s a bit more lowkey already but maybe I’d write them both in the same place, who knows.

There was nothing like going to a live performance. Ever since she got introduced to Zwei Wing, Hibiki couldn't get enough of it. Seeing and hearing them sing, the excitement of the people surrounding her, how it seems to vibrate the entire stadium; there was truly nothing like it at all.

Though oddly, it felt as if every single time she attended one, or at least tried to, something happens.

'But not this time!' Hibiki grinned, holding onto her sticks just as eagerly as everyone else. She's never actually heard of this singer before, at least not until recently. Being surrounded by people in the music business helped expand her horizons, or even made her do some research of her own.

It grew dark, indicating that the concert was starting. And just like that, a single glimpse at her and that energetic cheering shook the entire venue. Hibiki wasn't to be outdone of course, cheering right alongside them glowstick in hand.

Even from her seat she could tell Fumiko loved what she did, she loved to sing and perform. To have this many people love and support you, it was simply amazing.

Hibiki felt lucky to even be here.

Shine No More

Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan.

At Tokyo Colossal Sight, many of the all-time great musicians and artists performed there. For an idol such as Fumiko Arai, she was no exception. Since she was younger, she had dreamt of performing there one day, and as her popularity grew, that day had come. On her recent tour throughout Japan, her true biggest performance would be at the legendary establishment, at the very heart of Shinjuku where entertainment thrived. She was gonna perform the majority of her latest album, "heavenly shine!".

Where thousands of people stood around, the colossal venue grew dark, and led to a tremendous amount of cheering, the glowsticks sticking out in the darkness. No one truly knew about the tragedy that struck Fumiko when she encountered Kawamura. All that mattered to her, was her ability to sing, despite the villain of the Desolation making it clear to her that she would not be an idol ever again. She held onto dear hope.

In the center of the venue was massive, bright lights, and a huge circular stage, which had a hole. That hole, led to Fumiko Arai herself rising on top of a platform to the stage, where more cheering erupted upon her reveal. The number one idol in the country, it was clear to her that this performance meant everything to her.

In her dream idol outfit which was utmost refined, she started out of gates strong with her latest single, "heavenly shine!", which shared the same name as her album.

Her dance moves, singing, instrumental, and overall charisma were top-notch. She was as graceful as a flower, and fluid as as a river on-stage, with the voice of a true angel. While the luxurious, plentiful lights shone bright on stage, she shone even brighter.

All that matters is, she can sing still.

New art for merch to be sold at a pop up shop held at Gamers. On top of those being used, stuff with art using mini versions of the characters will also be sold (among some other things but I'm focusing on the new art)

"Silly Biki~! Oh the world's been such a bore without your pretty lil face around to tease~! Come now, come now! I need you as an assistant for my magic show. Don't worry, i've already sent a free ticket to your darling sweetheart so she'll see you in a fabulous bunny suit while you're up on stage." Magilou teased.

Seeing a familiar face was always nice, especially in terms of welcoming her back. But what she didn't expect to hear was being part of her show, let alone wearing a bunny suit.

"E-Eh?! No way, I can't wear that! I can help in a normal costume, can't I?!"

The teenager shook her head before sighing. "It's nice to see you again too but...don't put me in something that embarrassing..."

" A rough welcome, isn't it? Just punch them if they turn too rude."

And Hibiki gets a headpat

"Ehe, I probably shouldn't punch anyone but I do have a means of protecting myself. Thanks! And it's great to see you again too!"
