Hoy es el día para prevenir el suicido, no es hay nada que celebrar, para los que padecemos trastorno mental de depresión crónica como en mi caso y que eh intentado varias veces este acto suicida, no me es grato decirlo, pero es una realidad, como sociedad se debe ampliar la información y erradicar la estigmatización en cuanto este importante tema de salud mental 🎗️

Así que por favor, en lugar de juzgar a alguien con depresión por pensar o que te haya hablado sobre planes suicidas, extiéndele la mano o llama a la línea de vida de tu país para que sea atendido 🙌🏻
