What Mystery Will Be Revealed To You?

As a collective, we may have all had some strange things happen, last year and this year. I recieved word that many are feeling like something is hidden from them, waiting to be revealed. I hope to bring clarity to you all today. Drink some water, pick a pile, and feel free to reject what does not resonate.

Group One, The Woman

Someone has been very greedy to you, seeker. You may have suffered a loss in a friend group or a social opportunity, that you blame yourself for. The catalyst may have been a large fight, and cheese or spiders may be relevant. In reality, I see a large dragon, resting upon towering piles of pearls. Someone is hoarding either you, or a great opportunity. They have been jealous and attention seeking, and dislike you having the group's attention. I also see a large feast, which rats have started eating. But, the rats are already full, and they cannot eat enough of the feast, to have it matter. You need to turn back to creativity, spend some time alone, and ask your guides for support. Feel free to walk away, you are promised more than you ever asked for, and maybe even a public apology! You have faced a major setback, and have felt stuck in many areas of your life. Symbols of the moon and skulls may be present. I see a large swamp with many frogs, but one frog refuses to sing with the rest. You may be feeling isolated, making you scared to express yourself. The color green and the images of the planet Saturn or it's energy may be present. Tobacco smells or cigarettes may also be relevant. While your people may not be accepting, your guides and the universe is. You don't have to tell anyone if you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, but in private live your truth. Roses with thorns, racing rivers, and foggy woods may be relevant symbols. You may have heard or seen owls everywhere. It is a symbol of your intelligence and wisdom. You are smarter, wiser, and stronger now. You are ferocious, and able to find double crossers easily. There is nothing to fear, you know if something or someone is good. Kitchen Witchery Tidbits

Most of my spellwork is done in the kitchen, from small charms to large spells. Here, I just wanted to share some simple things you can do in the kitchen for little to no cost outside of normal grocery shops!

˖ ݁𖥔 ݁˖ ~ Cleaning the drain! I've found negative energy likes to hide in my kitchen drain, so use your normal products and give it a good scrub and make sure it's all clean. You will feel better.

˖ ݁𖥔 ݁˖ ~ Put the tiniest amount of salt, less than you think you need, into your water for protection. This also helps keep you cool in the hot summers.

˖ ݁𖥔 ݁˖ ~ Use garlic with intention! Many recipes call for garlic, so use it for warding negativity and illness in your dishes. It was a common ingredient for banishing evil, and much easier to smell in cooked food.

˖ ݁𖥔 ݁˖ ~ Honey on the lips to make your words sweeter. This is one of my favorite glamour charms.

˖ ݁𖥔 ݁˖ ~ White or Red Grape Juice is an excellent substitute for wine if you can't drink it yourself. However, wine, beer, and other alcohol makes for a perfect offering to the dead or deities.

˖ ݁𖥔 ݁˖ ~ Use eggs! Make sure you use eggs frequently, they are symbols of new beginnings, protection, and fertility. Eggshells are used in some spells and doing an egg cleanse will show you hexes or curses.

˖ ݁𖥔 ݁˖ ~ Make sure you clean out your oven! I've found good energy likes to live there, keep it clean to welcome them!

˖ ݁𖥔 ݁˖ ~ Just drinking water is cheap and very good for exorcisms or banishment. Even drinking a glass of non charged water can banish negative energy.

˖ ݁𖥔 ݁˖ ~ Speaking of water, a simple blend of rosemary and clean water makes a nice hand wash to cleanse you of excess energy.

˖ ݁𖥔 ݁˖ ~ Season your food or plan meals around what you need spiritually for the coming days. Chicken with lemon and rosemary helps for warding, and some strawberry, honey, and yogurt can draw love to you!

˖ ݁𖥔 ݁˖ ~ I've mentioned rosemary a lot but it is my go to herb, and can replace any herb you need but don't have, especially if you're on a budget and can't spend much on several different herbs.

˖ ݁𖥔 ݁˖ ~ I draw sigils or other symbols in oil before I fry my food, so it cooks in positive, empowering energy.

Strict Tarot Rules My Grandma Taught Me

Sweep the floor with a whisk broom before every reading. It shows respect for the old gods who will be coming in.

Answer only three questions for a querent in one seating. Revealing too much sacred information will dilute its meaning.

Always use the Celtic Cross for a personal reading. “You cannot truly appreciate the weight of the advice you are giving if you don’t fully understand the way the querent is feeling.”

Make an offering to the querent’s higher self before proceeding. “The body may want a reading, but the soul may be unwilling.” A piece of chocolate or anything sweet should be appropriate.

Ensure the querent’s hands are clean. Prepare a hot towel or a water basin. It rids their body of negative energy and keeps your cards from getting dirty.

Dim the lights before you deal the cards. “The Fates live next to Hades. They are not used to harsh lighting.”

Play soft and quiet music. It calms the mind and encourages the querent to bravely tell you what they really seek.

You shuffle, they cut. Shuffling lets the cards connect you to the source. Cutting allows the cards to feel the querent’s life force.

Honesty is better than sympathy. Exaggerating hopes and softening harsh truths do more harm than good.

Never forget to thank your cards afterwards. “The messages come from the goddesses, yes. But your cards make the effort to speak them in the way you can understand best.”

Be not afraid!

So a week ago, I sprained my ankle and couldn't walk for 3 days. I'm used to hiking at least an hour a day with my huskies so not being able to walk at all was driving me crazy. And in my jittery sedimentary state, I kept getting visions of this blursed being: a biblically accurate axolotl. There was nothing I could do but draw it. I'm all better now and able to walk again, now back to making less cursed art (maybe)

i know i dont share much about my practice but deipnon is coming up here and i wanted to share a couple things i do that arent really in the norm.

im hellenic polytheism you generally pray with your hands to the sky for ouranic deities, with your hands forward for sea deities, and with your hands toward or on the ground (even banging on the ground) for cthonic deities. hekate is cthonic BUT on the deipnon i generally stand on the edge of the crossroad facing it (since its a moderately busy street) and pray with my hands forward. this is because shes said to be roaming with the restless dead this night and would therefore be right in front of me in her domain/the crossroads.

the other thing i do out of the norm is the offering. i dont prepare a meal to set out because, again, busy street and i live next to a park that is heavily frequented by dogs. also theres a lot of cats roaming the neighborhood. i dont want to be littering or leaving out a potentially harmful thing for an animal to eat, and the road is paved with sidewalks so i cant really bury it unless its in someone elses yard, so i leave coins instead. at first i randomly chose the coins i was leaving that night and l would leave three of them, hoping that would be an ok offering, and explained when i started leaving coins my concerns about the animals and litter. i recieved no complaints, but did get a dream after a couple deipnons of me offering bent coins. it made sense to me immediately to do that because it would be symbolically "killing" the currency by making it unusable and passing it to the restless dead. so i started doing that. i found that pennies and dimes are easiest to bend with just hammer, so i offer those.

im curious, if you have any different practices for deipnon, or another way to worship hekate, please share! id love to hear it!

I was thinking about a post on here that was supposed to be about not personally liking polyamory (you do you idk why you gotta say it on tumblr but) and the person described love as finite and them being worried they can give it away and have none left and that is a foreign concept to me because I love my girlfriend's beautiful hair and consistency and my best friend's magic and my friend who trusts me despite it all and my friend's partner who sacrifices so much for others and my petty choir instructor who taught me how to sing and the stranger who wrote a poem based on my art and the girl in highschool who complimented my hair and the butterfly I raised in third grade and the cis man doordasher who brought me period products on a troublesome day and I think I can love a little more and never lose any of it like damn idk i think my love is infinite and encompassing

Warning people not to burn their houses down due to excess oils/herbs on their candles isn't taking away the mysticism.

Telling people to ask their deities/spirit guides for a specific sign also isn't taking away the mysticism. For example, if you think about the color blue, then you're gonna see more blue things. Asking for a specific blue item (that ISN'T common to your area) is the best way to ask for a sign.

Though it may feel like you have lost something, in reality the percieved blessings would come with a high cost, and many were deceptive in their generosity. Spellwork and manifestations for wealth, career, binding, and cutting cords may be more powerful today. Watch what you manifest however, make sure it aligns with your greatest good.

I asked for clarification on your question, and it is a very strong creative power. It could be art or writing, but I'm also seeing a good ability to communicate ideas, especially through images. Heavy manifestation power, it seems to be something you have already developed over the years, and will use now or in the future to help others. It is a divinely protected talent, and you don't need to doubt your skills!
