How are cabin heads chosen?

Ah, they're hand selected by me. There's a certain...requirement for each cabin specifically. So, only a demigod who works with that particular trait can rise to the rank.

It's rather complicated and I dislike fully making my requirements known. For example, Arianrhod's cabin remained leaderless for years because the one candidate I had chosen refused up until recently.
