I am so fucking exhausted with work, I’m doing my job, my old job, and my coworkers job since he quit. And I basically feel the sword hanging over my head, I’m dodging being laid off left and right, and I could still end up fired. And I’m holding other people stress of their fears of being fired, and trying to be an effective leader, I’m exhausted
The only coping mechanism that’s working for me is my god damn stupid ass half mara training, and just zoning out and running. But both my feet are having weird issues, so I’m being forced to skip runs in the name of “injury prevention”. I hate being forced to sit in the uncomfortableness of this all, both emotionally and physically, and there’s no reprieve. It’s just one after another.
