Annie! Kill her right now! God, it’s not even a contest. Out of all the warriors, besides Monke Jaeger, she was the only one who laughed her ass off while killing people. I mean, damn Zeke to hell, but at least he had a grand scheme driving his actions. Annie didn’t care at all---she just wanted to go back to her father and everyone else be damned. She also killed innocent civilians during her fight with Eren in the capital and showed zero remorse. Not even a hint of guilt for any of her other crimes either.
At least Reiner had a split personality and genuinely seemed to feel remorse for what he’d done and Pieck is practically innocent in the grand scheme of things---the worst thing she did was occasionally enabling Zeke. And this is without even mentioning that Annie has arguably the most ridiculous character arc in the entire story. Her character does a complete 180 overnight. Like, literally. She was frozen in that crystal, unconscious, with time not passing for her. Then, out of nowhere, she emerges as a completely different person.
She goes from being a D1 psychopath, twirling people around like keychains and laughing in the face of accountability, to some poor clueless little girl with daddy issues who likes to eat pie and who somehow develops a totally healthy relationship with Armin? And everyone just goes along with it? Get the fuck outa here 😂
Crack Poll! WHO TO SACRIFICE?
Okay, I got another quick one for you folks. AND.........I hope to actually see a few more responses this time because the last poll was pretty disappointing. As I said before, unless you intend to respond/reblog......you're advised to just move along.
Also if you're a Warrior fan, you may hate my guts. And I'm okay with that.....
Okay, Attack on Titan: The Final Season. Three Warriors, the last of the Shifters loyal to Marley....
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
You need no explanation. You all know they got the blood of thousands, if not millions all over their hands, on both sides no less. In this cruel world, why should mercy be granted to those who helped drive it into oblivion? I think we know who the real devils of this story are......Gotta love the irony of it all.
And yes, I could've made special mention of the little she-devil on Pieck's arm there folks, but if you've spent enough time here, you know she has no outs here. She signed her death warrant long ago.
So, you stand in the ashes of this dead world, you've been handed your blade.......or your rifle if you prefer......Who's the one who you send to meet the Founder herself? Take your pick.
They've gotten too many free passes in this story, off with the plot armor folks, in Reiner and Annie's cases literal plot armor; somebody's got to die.

The biggest issue with Gabi for me is, and always will be, the fact that she is a horrendously executed character. I understand what Isayama tried to do with her, and i say so because there will always be those who will claim i or others simply 'didn't understand the meaning behind it'. Yeah? what meaning? i'd love to know. Anyway, I simply don't like his "themes" or whatever the hell he calls his nonsense and find his decisions to be questionable at best. Most of his takes on philosophical/ ideological topics are deeply flawed if not outright objectively incorrect for a story that so many claim to be comprised of "mature storytelling" and blah, blah, blah... Think with me, why is Gabi even in the story in the fashion she's portrayed? People say she's a parallel for Eren's character, except she's someone you should look up to because she actually changed her mind and regretted her actions and yap, yap, yap... Yet her introduction tries real hard to make you hate her. She's an obnoxious, xenophobic little shit who literally can't stop talking about herself. That really doesn't work well in your favor if it's the first impression you leave on someone. On top of that, one of, if not her only actually impactful "contribution" to the story, is killing a veteran member of the main cast, but I digress. What I'm trying to say here is, if she's the one you should look up to, shouldn't she have more redeemable qualities? Shouldn't she be the one who is more successful in her path as a result of her newfound perspective on the world? Shouldn't she be the one who accomplishes more, at least from a moral standpoint? Who succeeded in the end? Well, succeeding would only be possible if she actually had a goal, so i guess it goes to show. And it's not like this is even unintentional. As time went by, I started to believe that Isayama is somewhat of a pushover and an incompetent writer who lucked out with the first three seasons, considering how disastrous the later arcs turned out to be. Or maybe he's like George Lucas, who's good at writing ideas but not good at dialogue and development. However I have a strong suspicion that this is not what happened in this case. It's almost like he was trying to say, ‘Eren is wrong, alright? Look at Gabi! Look at how far she goes taking a different path from his’ but he failed miserably at conveying the idea of Gabi being important. She has no purpose in the entire story. She has no defined goal, and doesn't achieve anything meaningful, whereas, Eren succeeds at wiping out 80% of humanity. Eren somehow doesn't face rejection from a single character for his actions, and instead seems to be ever more embraced by the characters who sympathize for his "suffering". People go as far as to start a cult in his honor, while the only "meaningful" connection Gabi builds with anyone from the opposite side is with Levi, and it's after all is said and done and the world is in shambles. Levi, who by the way, is someone who should represent a great deal when it comes to ideals by the end of the story, but on the grand scheme of things, represents nothing at all and in contrast to Eren is abandoned by all the people he saved time and time again, but again, i digress. Now tell me, is Gabi even remotely close to being the best choice to fit that role of staying with Levi? No! There's Mikasa, Jean, Connie, Armin... Hell, even goddamn Reiner would have more reason to stay beside him in the end. The guy saved them all multiple times and has known them for years! Why pick Gabi, someone he barely knows, over them? Where are they now- Ah yes, they're at the mass murderer's grave 😂. I mean wtf, it would be sad if it wasn't so hilariously bad (it is still sad, by the way, screw Isayama for doing Levi like that). You see what I mean? Why should the both of them being parallels matter when Gabi, who's supposedly the good one, is annoying at the start and useless at the end, and Eren, who is the supposed bad guy, gets this king treatment and is portrayed by Isayama as some sort of martyred tragic character?
This all comes down to; Do I hate Gabi? Nah, she's just a purposeless bad character from my point of view. Do i appreciate her presence in the story and feel that it's necessary in the way that she's portrayed? Hell no. Do I hate the later stages of the story? Kind of. it has such a high level of inversion of values that it makes me sick. Does Levi have any business being with Gabi? Absolutely not. Then there's what you were saying about Eren. People love to use his past trauma and his mother's death to justify his actions, but they just seem to up and forget he's responsible for all of his suffering! Literally, if you follow Isayama's agenda, then every single ounce of pain Eren has ever gone through is self inflicted. He's textbook sociopath. And that's what he was always supposed to be honestly. He was unhinged as hell from the get go. I mean, what kind of child just goes out of their way to kill a bunch of people and feel no remorse whatsoever? Levi had that shit forced onto him, but Eren was born in a stable home and had a normal childhood! I don't know where it all got lost and Isayama started to try and somehow humanize Eren while maintaining his sociopathicbehavior. I do honestly believe Eren did love his friends at some point, and also his mother to some extent, but at the end of the day he is a narcissist, obsessive sociopath who above all else, loved one thing; Himself and was the cause for the majority of the pain and suffering scattered across the narrative. I played Red Dead Redemption 2 many times and it's my all time favorite game. There's this character who says this thing about another one: People don't change, they simply become more like themselves. I believe that's exactly what happened with Eren. He simply gave in to his selfishness and the desire to destroy all that "entrapped" him and "took away his freedom". Anyone who doesn't acknowledge that is either blind and lacks critical thinking, drives some sort of satisfaction from this travesty of an ending Isayama wrote or just doesn't care at all. It was always there. Anyway, sorry for these stupid long silly ramblings of mine😅
Did Levi always wanted to talk about his mother? Did he wanted to tell everyone how his mom was elegant and beautiful woman.?I doubt he ever opened up about his past before except with Mikasa about his ackerpower. After the Rumbling, Levi finally found peace to talk about his mom, whom he loved and respected wholeheartedly. Even in previous OVAs, we never witnessed Levi sharing his past with anyone. I wager he was simply waiting to speak of her. I'm glad he confided in Gabi and Falco, and while I know many dislike Gabi (but I admire her for shooting Eren 😂🤣 I mean, I got to witness his head fly), I'll never cease discussing Levi's precious moments with his mother.
Also, I hope this opens the eyes of many blind fans who believe Eren truly loved his mother 🤡 when he literally served her up as food for his stepmother. Eren simply wanted to exterminate everyone, whether good or evil, it was all the same to him. He was just a slave of Ymir and died as one.
I want ackertalk ( #Rivamika ) 😭

This actually reminds of something, a while back i saw this video of a dude responding to another creator's video called something along the lines of "The rumbling was an unprecedented act of evil and violence against the innocent" and in this same video, the guy kept going on about this particular piece of dialogue in which Hange says something about "genocide being wrong" (which to be frank is not Isayama's proudest moment in dialogue writing, and concrete proof of his habit of pouring fourth information onto people, but i digress) claiming "Isayma insults our intelligence by writing this" or that "we're not stupid, we all know genocide is wrong", and and he's correct, i mean no one would be stupid enough to defend genocide, right? Even in fiction, right? RIGHT?! Well, apparently not because he says this in the same video in which he tries to debunk the other guy's take on the rumbling being wrong, proving once more that having a speech bubble with "genocide is wrong" shouldn't be taken as an insult at all, but also that it's far from enough to communicate the feeling to AoT fans! Like, god, you literally cannot make this up😂, the amount of outlandish stuff you hear coming out of their mouths is unbelievable!
And then, there's the biggest problem caused by Isayama's info dumping; the complete and absolute loss of one's sense of criticism. If people don't pay attention to what they're watching, since they don't have to as all they need to know gets air dropped in front of their eyes, they won't see the massive flaws within the writing! Then there's nothing wrong with the story! I mean, you're only sick if you get a diagnosis right 🤭. I mean, wtf...

to be honest what @chaosisbeauty23 said is what is fundamentally wrong with attack on titan and it's fandom. I don't like Isayama's decisions and how he handled the story as much as the next person, but i have to admit, the biggest issue with the series is it's over exposure in some aspects. Isayama's habit of rubbing the most blatant pieces of information on people's noses made a lot of them literally stop thinking, creating this constant need to have the content hit them in the face harder than a meteor for them to accomplish the slightest level of understanding regarding what they see.
The lack of common sense amongst the AoT fandom is, to be simply put, "jaw dropping". I mean, it's truly awe inspiring how there are no eyes for subtlety, but being frank it's not even surprising. It is funny though, how people praise attack on titan as this deep, mature and intricate narrative or how the relationships between Eren and Mikasa or pretty much any other characters in the final arcs are so well developed (or their characters as Isayama envisioned them for that matter) when the most obvious shit possible that's wrong with this story flies miles above their heads😂! These poor buffoons wouldn't know depth, maturity and development if it came trampling down on them like some nondescript genocide bird.

Okay, the ACKERTALK.....
Mikasa and Levi Ackerman, humanity's strongest warriors. The sole survivors of a powerful bloodline that's all but extinct on Paradis.
Well the results of my most recent poll have confirmed my belief that the Ackertalk, or Ackerbond, whatever you prefer to call it is still a major point of contention among us AOT Fans.....And Ex-Fans. We all know that the Ackerman bloodline is unique in the Titanverse and that they're immune to the effects of Titanization. Still, for something that was set up to be a major plot point in solving the mystery of the Titans, it seemed to become an afterthought the longer the story dragged out. Unfortunately a pattern that is undeniably prevalent in this faux pas that's been mistaken for a masterpiece.
Mikasa and Levi, we know they're distantly related somehow, so it was natural to expect there'd be more development between the two that further clarified their unique position in this fucked up world they're trying to salvage. Yet somehow that relationship only got surface level acknowledgement, and I think we can safely say never came into full circle........Neither did really any aspect of Mikasa's heritage in regards to Hizuru and the Azumabitos (Did the Azumabitos even ONCE acknowledge Levi either in any of that btw?) Since this is the clear winner in the poll, one simple question: What did you guys hope to see from this Ackertalk had it taken place as was long anticipated? What questions were you hoping to be answered had it come to pass?
Please, don't like or reblog this post unless you intend to answer. I think we all agree Isayama owes us something on this front.
Tumblr media
I genuinely have to know, what did you guys hope for most from this? Oh yeah ,and if you happen to be a Rivamika fan, NO you can't bring that discussion here. Thank you.
