Out of our night of struggle Can we see a ray of hope? One pale thin ray reaching for the day…

How often do you get to see your sisters and moms?
I’ve actually seen quite a bit of them in the last couple months. It’s always a time when they come around.

Are you still teaching dance classes?
No, not at the moment. I’ve taken some time off to deal with some personal matters. But it’s temporary. I’ll be back teaching eventually.

Y'all are so cute. Whatever these tough times are, you'll get through them.
Thanks gray face.
We will indeed. We’re stronger together and everything going on is only bringing us closer.

Tough times are when people show true colors and my husband and my daughter have the most compassionate and warmest souls I’ve ever seen.
And you complete the picture with yours, mi amor. You set the example for us by having the kindest, most loving, most selfless heart i’ve ever known.

what's the best and hardest parts about working with Noah?
The best part is just getting to work with my sister. She’s my best friend so it’s cool to get to share the experience. The hardest is definitely having to stomach her and Jamie being “cutesy”.

What would you say the key to making a relationship work is?
That’s a great question. I mean, I can only speak from my own experiences so far in life. But here’s what I think (as a 100% non-professional on this shit):
- Know yourself first. If you don’t really know yourself all that well, it can be a trip trying to figure it out while also trying to figure out this whole other person too.- Honesty, trust, and communication are definitely important. Without these 3 things, a relationship will crumble to pieces in no time at all.- A sense of humor, I think, is key as well. If you’re really going to try and build something strong with your partner, you have to not take life so seriously all the time. There are times for that of course, but there have to be moments of light in there too, otherwise what kind of life are you setting yourselves up for.- Patience is another one. You have to remember that people aren’t perfect, and they won’t change automatically just because you want them too. Your partner is only human.- But there is one super important thing that I don’t think is mentioned enough when talking about maintaining relationships. You have to be able to grow with each other. Growing apart isn’t just a phrase, it really happens. If you and your partner are suddenly growing at different speeds or in different directions, your relationship might not be able to withstand that. It’s so so important that there’s open dialogue about where each of you want to get in your own journey; how soon you’re trying to get there; and how it might affect your relationship. Then you can make the effort to get on the same page and grow together.- Last but certainly not least, don’t be afraid to love the fuck outta your person. Love is scary as all hell, but you have to jump in the deep end with both feet.
So yeah, there ya go.May The Force Be With You and your relationships, Gray Face.
#asks#anons#[ooc: yeah that 100% non professional part was also about yours truly because I am by no means a relationship expert]#[i just enjoy observing and analyzing relationships of people in my life. these have been some things i've noticed]#[in other words take me with a grain of salt fam]

Since you got married so young, would you care if Noah did the same?
I think the kind of love my wife and I found in each other is special, and it finds you when it finds you. That can be at different times in life for different people. Bella and I were just lucky to find it so early in ours.
For Noah, I’d definitely want to know she’d be marrying the right person for the right reasons. That would be the part where I have to trust that her mother and I raised her right, and she’s able to make the best decision for herself. But I wouldn’t object just because she’s young.

There's a never ending argument about whether Gabe is a good guy or a bad guy. Since you play him, what is your take on it?
I mean, Gabe’s not really a “good guy”. He’s definitely an antagonist in the story. I mean...he haunts his father, gives his sister a nudge towards getting hooked on prescription pills, and at one point convinces his mom to commit suicide. So definitely not a “good guy”.But I guess the lens you see him through is up to the interpretation of the viewer.

holy shit dude you're married! how does that feel?
It feels absolutely amazing. Every time it hits me that we’re really married, I can’t stop smiling.I keep finding ways to use “my wife” in conversation just because I love the way it sounds.
