tbh I don’t really like ATYD- not bc of the fic itself but bc of the way it’s suddenly changed the Marauders (& Co.) characters so drastically from what they used to be, they just aren’t portrayed as the characters I enjoy anymore but to each their own ig. However somtimes i’ll say, “I don’t like ATYD” and it’s like i’ve summoned every sn*pe fan who’s upset at Marauders fans within a 200 mile radius. like Bro we are not on the same side.
