If C2ISTAR is a group of anti-villains, naturally there would be anti-heroes somewhere in this world that will neutralize them. Jijin and Bingsan are that anti-heroes who posed themselves as some form of supervillain as well as gaslighting themselves into thinking so.

Perception on Clinical Psychology

In the world of C2ISTAR, Mental illnesses are deemed as invalid illness, so the mental care industry is constantly being look down upon. The discrimination also discourages many people in this world from studying clinical psychology. Even if Huchu open his mind and take studying clinical psychology seriously, it is still very unlikely that he will produce good result as study material for clinical psychology in this world is ineffective at best from the very beginning due to the lack of interest this world has toward it.

The acceptable branches of psychology are study by the industrial, intelligence and defense service for the purpose of manipulation, interrogation and indoctrination which is very different from clinical psychology in practice on this world standard. They only study psychology to take advantage of people and are specialized at it.

Story: Huchu’s ex, she’s the head of Northland medical command’s dental corps and is still in contact with Huchu. Despite being a dentist, she’s more famous for identifying corpses from dental records. She often takes outside job of identifying body and C2ISTAR is one of her regular client.

Story: Covert special task force agent tasked to keep watch of C2ISTAR and make sure that they aren’t planning anything that could harm Northland.

Rosemint 로즈민트

Ages: 43

Species: Arctic wolf

Story: Soju’s friend, a freelance psychiatrist who finds interest in C2ISTAR and wants to help them. Unfortunately the C2ISTAR wasn’t sure about potentially endangering her with information, Soju would chew their head off so they declined. Rosemint however still try to reach out to them with various unconventional methods.

- Jijin acknowledged himself as inefficient and hypocritical, a person who uses others to get their hands dirty for him because he doesn’t have the courage to engage in violence himself although he has no problem shooting down aircraft or building if he can’t see the person inside. He tends to hide himself behind machines like fighter jets or tanks so that he can tell himself that there was no one in the other vehicles or facilities he obliterated.

- Southwood’s 1st airborne division night stalker pilots are known across the world as ‘Angels’ due to being the first and best airborne unit established in this world. The soldiers of this unit also adorned cape like the one Airac wear in his depiction and bearing similarity to the shape of stealth fighter jet they operate. While being told that ‘you fly like Angel ascended’ is a high praise for all pilots in this world, making any comment comparing Jijin to Angels will enrage him.

- Has aeorphilla, he finds aircrafts attractive and experienced odd kind of satisfaction flying jet to the point that he will flatter if presented with a beautiful aircraft. Out of all people, Orenji is creeped out by this.

Personality: A stoic yet friendly soldier who refuses to defend himself against anyone who is unarmed. He can appear very uncaring, but it is because believes in the strength of mortality to thrive for themselves without the aid of faith and supernatural belief.

The mercenary alliance in this world is established by multiple PMC (Private military cooperation) with the intention to distribute correct mission to the correct organization, establish base service prices and prevent scam.

Memberships

All members must pay for membership fee monthly. Once you become a member of mercenary alliance, you will receive these privileges:

- Access to the mercenary alliance network where you can accept missions from the pool of unspecified submissions.

- Mercenary alliance will updated you about the international news related to your service.

- You can put missions you received from other mean of contact up to the system and receive incentives from other PMC for finding them a fitting client.

- You can call the alliance for an emergency help and the alliance will submit your call to the closest available PMC to your location.

- The alliance will handled the currency exchange and money transaction for you.

LDIN

LDIN (L-din: Runway Lead-in Lights) is one of PMC in the mercenary alliance network. They are private aerial combat and support service Orenji has contract with.

They agreed to provide aircrafts for Orenji in his mission in exchange for a share and ATC service, Orenji also agreed to help them out in their mission in exchange for share and protection.

AAAA

AAAA (Four-A: Always afloat, Always accessible) is a privateer service provider and naval mine dealer often joint work with Noeu in his illegal provocation work.

Whenever Noeu instigates a war, AAAA will be informed. This allowed AAAA to know in advance which country they can profit from in which Noeu received incentive from this. If Noeu had evaluated that it would be too risky to carry a piracy himself, he will also hire AAAA for the job.

Berry Mountain Confederation

Geography:  Despite having the word mountain in its name, Berry Mountain is not located on a mountain but rather surrounded by it. Berry Mountain has an area of 41,000 square kilometers.

Citizen: There are 8 million citizens living in the country. Out of the entire world, Berry mountain’s citizens are the least patriotic and mainly agreed to serve the country because there are people they love living on this land, not because they love the nation itself. This is due to the information flow within the nation where Berry Mountain doesn’t attempt to hide its flaw of management from its people or appear perfect through propaganda like the other nations.

Politic: Political power is held by executive presidency separate from the legislature.

Military: In Berry Mountain, enlistment is mandatory for all citizens.

Interestingly, if you asked which nation is the best at espionage and intelligence service, everyone regardless of nationality will say none that they know of and that’s how good Berry Mountain is at covert and clandestine operations. In fact, even after the nation suffered genocide conducted by Northland. No nation believed Northland’s statement that Berry Mountain had been doing things under their nose at all. Northland was heavily fined for committing war crime on the international court and the fact that Northland promote racism really doesn’t help their case.

Intelligence: As a country that specializes in clandestine and covert operation, Berry Mountain is full round in terms of the entire intelligence system. Only Cloud field exceeds them in terms of DIGINT and FININT counterintelligence. Berry Mountain is especially good at HUMINT gathering and dissemination partially due to how little they care about their agents.

Geography: There are over 15,000 islands and geographers believed they had yet to explore every single island in this nation. Combining all the island explored, Tulip Island has an area of 1,904,000 square kilometers. Making it the third biggest country by area. Tulip Island is very close to the equator and thus has tropical weather consisting of 3 seasons, Summer, Rainy and Winter. It is colder in the north and warmer in the south.

Citizen: Tulip Island has a combined population of 160 million citizens.

Politic: Political power is held by a combined directory of state and government is nominated by the legislature.

Economic: The biggest firearm producer and distributor, while it’s true that the other nations can produce guns themselves to a certain degree. The speed of production and the quality are never comparable to Tulip Island.

Military: In Tulip Island, it is not mandatory to enlist.

Intelligence: Being the biggest weapon distributor in this world, Southwood is exceptional in armament IMINT analysis.

“Strength, consistency, progress.”

Geography: They have an area of 17,000,000 square kilometers, making them the biggest country in this world. Due to its big land, Bay Hill has a variety of geographic elements. Whether it be mountain, forest, coast, or field. They have relatively cold weather the entire year with a lot of precipitation. Significant natural resources include iron ore, coal, potash, timber, lignite, uranium, copper, natural gas, salt, and nickel.

Citizen: They have a population of 147 million citizens and a HDI of 0.82.

Politic: The president is ceremonial and non-executive and main political power is held by a separate head of government leading the executive through the confidence of legislature.

Economic: They have GPD of 5.05 trillion wons if calculated by PPP and refused to publish the GPD calculated by nominal, the other nation theorized that Bay Hill is attempting to hide their poverty problem. Their main income came from medical supplies and natural gas. When it comes to the healthcare industry, Bay hill is in the lead. They are the only nation in this world where healthcare is completely free for their citizens and own multiple best hospitals in this world depending on the specialization of their doctors. Making them the home of IRC : International Red cross committee and IHO : International health organization. Being the country where the first 3 parts of Gevreto convention was signed. ICD in this world is heavily influenced by Bay Hill’s executives.

“Country above self.”

Geography: Located on prime meridian and has an area that spans 513,000 square kilometers. The north border connects to the southwest part of Bay Hill while the rest of the country is connected to the sea. The weather is usually cold, but the wind is stable, and storms are very rare. This led to NortCap convention where the IAO : International aviation organization is established.

Citizen: Northland has a population of 70 million citizens. Most citizens are consistently being fed military propaganda. However, Northland will not betray their people unless it brings harm to their citizens. For the immigrants and mixed-raced though, Northland will exploit them to dead and has tendency to discriminated them. Northland citizens have an average HDI of 0.9%, most education is funded by the military with many scholarships for the military. Effectively encouraging people to join the military and helped spread access to education.

Politic: Political power is held by a combined directory of state and government is nominated by the legislature. There’s an election every 6 years but only 3 stars Generals and above can be nominated as the candidate for the president.

Economic: The capital of Northland specialized in aerial combat and anti-airstrike, combining their experience in civilian flight operation and CAVOK weather alongside the geographical location make Northland an ideal aviation country. They have a GDP of 5 trillion and 5 of the biggest and busiest airports in this world are in Northland. Most of Northland income came from aviation as they also run the most successful aircraft manufacturer in this world called Skyvan where all 5 of their big airports double as their hub for aircraft maintenance. Not to mention that IAO is willing to hide all the violations Northland did whether it be under Skyvan or any of the airport’s name.

Military: In Northland, it is not mandatory to enlist. However, in the case of civilians who did not went to military academy, it is mandatory to take 7 years ROTC course. The course is provided during high school for free and lasts until they graduate university. There are 4 parts of Northland, each specialized in different fields of warfare. They were originally separated nations with mercenary service being the main income. Constantly being threatened by bigger nations due to being the passing spot for almost all international conflict between bigger nations, they merged under a single defense force. They will separate again once their perceived self-defense is no longer necessary to return the right of state to the civilians or at least that is what they were told.

Intelligence: Being a nation heavy in military service combined with their specialty in aviation, their strongest type of intelligence service is SIGNINT gathering and disseminating, accompanied by a vast access to aviation related OSINT. Northland also has many cargo data that could be converted into effective FININT. However, due to the underdeveloped transaction system. Northland can’t quite utilize their massive collection of this data and Cloud Field is aiming to steal it.

Biology

The people in this world exist alongside normal animal the same way that humans co-exist with monkeys in our world.

Food

People in this world have an appetite similar to humans in our world, they are all omnivores with the exception that some of them might not be able to digest certain foods, for some case it is due to the fact that their specie capable of digesting some abnormal things and in some case it is more like some humans who have digestive issues.

The livestock animals are treated the same way as how we treated our with the price rate also being similar and some species are immune to certain type of poison, therefore creating a broader food market.

Medical care

The people of this world have organs that followed the appearance of the type of animal they descended from and so each species will need different type of medical care, this result in medical degrees took 8 years in average unlike in our world where most only required 6 years.

Each species also requires different self care approaches and are each capable of things other species don’t. However everyone has lifespans identical to humans in our world no matter what species they descended from.

Breeding

People of this world can only breed with people who are from the same genus as them. For instead, Scottish cat and Egypt cat can bear child but Scottish cat and Golden retriever dog cannot.

People of all genus however can engage in sexual activity as long as it is consensual and all party involved are above legal age which in this world is 20.

Gender

Due to the fact that animals’s biological differences between each genders of each species don’t always aligned with the binary view that our world has.

There is no separation in gender unless it is necessary for medical practice, all shirt have buttons on the right side of the shirt because there were no preconceptions of which gender is supposed to dress which gender up and the traditional clothes is designed as genderless and all genders wear the same design without separation.

Species: Fox squirrel        

Handedness: ???

Personality: He is benevolent and nurturing but tends to display reactions that are not appropriate to the situation. His expression shifts very quickly as he brushed off any negative feeling with an unnatural sunny smile. He’s very good at controlling his reaction. However, when combined with his lack of social clue, everyone suspects if he in fact feels nothing and simply puts on an expression to hide it. This ended up with people unintentionally pushing him to the edge often.

Occupations: Restoration specialist, Nuclear scientist, Field service engineer

Story: A soldier suffering from partial memory loss. He always carries a nameless diary that’s seemed to belong to a soldier who got addicted to eating his own innards. Yuseong believes that this diary belongs to him. From what C2ISTAR knows, the last thing he did before losing his memories was hiring them through Baegcha’s system. Yuseong appears to be a war site restoration scientist who works for Aster institution, he burned down Aster institution and stole all the research funds to hire C2ISTAR for reason that Yuseong is unable to recall. Angae is especially curious since Aster institution is something he had never heard about despite being the overseer of all intels kept in Northland and was a sleeper agent in Southwood. C2ISTAR current mission is simply to keep him safe but after Yuseong almost raid Seoltang’s house trying to clean it due to his concern of being a freeloader, C2ISTAR decided to have him work with them in exchange for their protection. Yuseong set out to find out what happened to him, what does he needed C2ISTAR to do and reunited with his daughter who may or may not exist.

Skills examples:

Due to having Hyperthymesia, he can recall a very long list of numbers and is able to remember every single detail in newspaper articles, both the written news and the photo after only reading it twice.

Has a degree in quantum mechanics and nuclear science which make him highly proficient in these topics: Nuclear weapon, Nuclear related theory and research, Nuclear reactor, and Quantum technology.

He used to handle the research for food supply distributed in warfare which allowed him to identify where certain MRE are distributed from, who was the receiver and how they are made.       

He can do complex algorithms in his head but requires a good environment and a lot of focus, example are: Statistical forecasting, Simplex, Game theory, and Six sigma.  

As a restoration scientist, he is also capable of agriculture skills: Farming, Water source restoration, Air cleansing process, Radiation cleaning, Oil spill cleaning, and Hazard waste management.

Had experience as remediation scientist which allowed him to do lab methods that can let him check the pollution value from certain places.

Noted:  

Due to hand tremors and lack of sensation on his fingertip, Yuseong is unable to perform tasks that require complicated hand eyes coordination like tying his shoes or writing. Therefore, he always needs aid for these tasks.

He knows a lot of good food recipes and food preservation techniques, but he can’t quite cook it.  

Hyperthymesia naturally comes with migraine and obsession for past events, while his partial amnesia is troublesome, it does take a load out of Yuseong’s shoulder. Still, he does experience information overload in his brain from times to times and must rest his eyes quite often.

Yuseong lost a big chunk of his colon and intestine for some unknown reason. The amount of organ he had left is not enough for his body to function properly, so his stomach is a bit more sensitive, and he seemingly suffered from chronic diarrhea. He also drools uncontrollably when presented with raw squirrel meat and innards.

Yuseong doesn’t have a dominant hand as he doesn’t remember which hand, he uses to write nor that he could write at all. Huchu tends to buy an alphabet book for Yuseong, while Yuseong doesn’t seem to get better at writing, he is always happy to play around with it using his favorite crayons. His favorite alphabet book is the one with owl mascot.

Yuseong actually never ate any of his own organs, what happened is that his daughter suffered from cancer and Yuseong had been donating his organs to her repeatedly in order to keep her alive as long as possible.

The diary was also written by his daughter as a fiction therapy where she use the fake diary as a catharsis for her guilt of being born and causing so much trouble for Yuseong.

Species: Eastern chipmunk   

Handedness: Cross-dominance

Personality: A gentle and sophisticated chipmunk who’s also very assertive and will speak in chilling modulated tone when genuinely angry. He has a bit of an inferiority complex and feels the need to prove himself despite the risk he’s in. He feels that he is being held back by expectation and society, this results in him developing a repressed aggressive side accumulated by his psychosis episode where he sometimes engages in violent while his brain sugar coated his surroundings.

Dislike: Being late, Document with bad format, Sweets, Messiness, Therapy

Occupations: Intelligence analyst, Armament Expert, Tank Engineer

Story: Angae was Tulip Island’s armament engineer in charge of weapon production and distribution. His home nation was annexed by West coast and so he escaped to Southwood as an immigrant under the condition that he must enlisted to Southwood defense force. Regretting that he ran off to save himself despite being a soldier, he reaches back to the source immediately once he received offer to be a sleeper agent task with the IMINT analysis on Southwood’s armament for Tulip Island. Years later he feels isolated and start obsessively track down the case officer who contacted him only to find out that this is a case of false flag penetration where he’s under the belief that he is working for Tulip Island while in fact it was Northland that recruited him. Noticed that Angae had overstepped the boundary. Northland blackmailed Angae, reminding him that right now to Southwood he’s a spy and to Tulip Island he’s a traitor. Under that condition, Angae was forced to defected to Northland whom he knows will kill him the second he’s out of usefulness but maybe he too can use Northland to free his home nation.

Skills examples:

Is a gun expert which allow him to: Identified the number of ammunitions each gun carries, identifies type of gun from bullet and wound impact, Disassembled the gun or activated a safety lock of his opponent, and perform quick maintenance and assembled firearms on spot.

Handling firearm attached to automotive made him learn mechanic skills which allow him to: Perform maintenance tank and other automotive on spot, sabotage tank and other automotive, and capable of stealing automotive or tank parts.

Due to his expertise in ammunition, he is very well educated in the matter of firefighting which allows him to plan arson that would require complicated methods to put out.

His experience as sleeper agent and Rosemary unit’s commander make him a cryptanalysis and IMINT expert. Being able to design a good encrypted code as well as decoding one.

Is a sniper with very remarkable marksmanship and has high physical endurance which allows him to use powerful long range fired arm most soldier his size would not be able to handle.

Note:

Due to him abusing Modafinil and Pitolisant in the past to work double shift, he suffered psychosis episode from it. However, his audio reception is still accurate and Angae can use it to deduce his way out of his visual inaccuracy. In fact, he tends to treat his psychosis episode more like a temporary blindness that can be managed with Risperidone.

He cannot seek help from psychologists as his work is highly confidential and Angae might end up endangering them. He also knows too much too retired as Northland will never keep him alive if not directly under their control.

He constantly carries a camera with him as in his case, most hallucinations won’t appear on photo or video records and there is time where he is too mentally distress to deduce his way out of his psychosis, has no access to Risperidone, too tired to think straight or was entirely consumed by it due to stress.

He is very religious because of Tulip Island’s upbringing style and often prays whenever he tries to bring himself down from stress or to prevent himself from panicking.

His fur grows very fast and needs to be trim often, Seoltang usually takes the job but he’s very bad at it.

He uses a body mist that smells like wild berries and cheesecake, his nation’s signature dessert.

Species: Albino/Brown squirrel hybrid    

Handedness: Ambidextrous

Personality: A shy yet overachieving ambitious perfectionist who put on a cold and decisive persona at work while in fact is a delicate person who get embarrassed easily and is too shy to look at his men in the face or let his guard down around people. He constantly assumes the worst case possible, obsessed about how everything could go wrong, and is desperate to take control. This is because he often has thought derailment and constantly taking a leap of logic.

Dislike: Cigarettes, Gaining weight, Loud music, Eyes contact, Attention

Occupations: Naval warfare strategist, Saturation diver, Agent provocateur

Story: The son of Northland’s diplomat who volunteered to negotiate for peace and a West coast citizen, Noeu was raised in isolation by Northland’s government with his father who is very homesick but still gives his all into raising him. Before his deployment, Noeu helps his father go back to West coast by forging his mother’s approval paper. Turns out, all these times his father was being taken hostage to control the oil price as he is the son of West coast’s president. This unauthorized return of hostage make Northland kill his mother under the suspicion of being double agent and shutting down the negotiation permanently which ruin the economic. Noeu became convinced that he had talent for instigating war and decided to create a peaceful world by merging all nations into one. Ironically creating even more wars. Angae tried to talk this out, but Seoltang outright intervened through unnecessary destruction. Noeu know he has to kill Seoltang. Unfortunately, both don’t have the heart to kill each other and end up covering for each other’s crime as well as destroying the evidence.

Skills examples:

Is a marine engineer and saturation diver which allow him to: Read and write FORTRAN, perform underwater tasks, use his knowledge to sabotage vessels and their navigation system.

Is an expert in counterintelligence work which allow him to: Do an exceptional trail cleaning and conducted a good interrogation scheme.

Is an expert in maritime operations both civil and military which allow him to: Conducting VTS, manage sailor on big vessel and a fleet of battleship, direct and operate tugboat service, manipulate news in NAVTEX and RADIOFAX, be an expert in weather forecasting and navigation, and conduct a secure piracy plan.

Is a naval pilot with his aircraft of choice being F35 lighting II.

He commands a battleship and aircraft carrier Fleet called Sandpear unit, he can call any of his stations that are on patrol or at base to his aid as well as calling for the fighter fleet that came with aircraft carrier.

His experience as an agent provocateur allows him to Instigated conflict forced alliances on enemies and manipulated them with false information.

Note:

He tends to overwork himself to the seizures, this is a habit that he picks up as an agent provocateur where he’s in constant belief that he’s about to be kill and that tomorrow is not a believable thing to hold on to. After he left the espionage industry, the anxiety still creeped up on him. Each time he arrives in ER room with shock or seizures, he will need more alprazolam than the last time.

His office on the warship looks almost like an apartment and he admits that he sorts of lives in his office.

He did not have any formal sex education and was unknowingly being taken advantage of multiple time. Neither Seoltang nor Angae have the heart to inform him about the topic as they fear that all the realization of what had been happening to him will crush him all at once.
