Updateeeee

So I’m 99% sure I have DID/OSDD/PDID

Just a few hours ago I experienced my first experience interacting with alters, so far I know of 4 besides me but I feel the presence of several more. I haven’t really talked to them but we were all fronting on and off (me never leaving) for awhile and I’m currently co con with at least 2 different alters.

I have had many epiphanies since I first experienced it such as, me thinking I age regress could have been from my little 😭.

I’m currently working on building a headspace so it’ll hopefully be easier to talk to them especially the little as she is scared but all I know about her is that it’s she and she’s a little.

I also think I may have a harmful alter but I don’t know and I think I’m going to let someone else take care of that unless it gets too bad cause I don’t fully know my role in my system but know others.

Ask me questions about alters and stuff!!!!
